Teppan Edo already booked for NYE?

Today was my 180 day mark. Granted, I wasn't online making the reservations super early this morning, but when I went to do them just now, I could get everything I wanted other than Teppan Edo on December 31. Does it really sell out within a few hours?! I made a back up reservation at Hollywood Brown Derby, which we're totally fine with, but is there a chance I should keep checking Teppan Edo?

Keep in mind others might have been booking that date with their 180 plus 10 for 10 days already.

I was trying to book Teppan Edo for NYE as well and was told that they have not released the day for reservations yet, and to check back in a few days. I also inquired about Le Cellier and was told the same. We are a party of 12 adults, so waiting a few days is not an option if we are going to get a reservation when they release them. I call at least twice a day sometimes more.

I'm debating switching from Coral Reef on NYE to Teppan Edo . . .ugh I don't know which one I want . . .

Yep, we ended up getting a 6pm NYE reservation. I still dont understand why this restaurant doesn't open at 180 days like the others, but glad to have all my ADRs in place now!
