1. Can you put a tent and a RV on the same site?
2. Will a 40 foot Motorhome and a tent fit on a preferred site?
3. On the WDW website there was no price difference when I tried booking a site listing 2 adults 2 children and when I tried booking 4 adults and 3 children. Is there an additional charge?
We currently have a preferred site booked for April 16-25, 2010.
DH has a longtime friend (Husband, wife & 5 yr old) that would never be able to afford a Disney vacation anytime in the near future.
So, I am thinking about talking to DH about offering to share our site with them (they have a tent and go camping locally). Our RV is able to sleep all of us but I know they would turn down the invite immediately if they felt that they would be intruding on us. They will be given a key to be able to access the RV at all times, since we do not expect them to spend their entire vacation with us 24/7
They can either travel with us for free or drive themselves and use the site for all or only part of the trip.
They would need to come up with money for park tickets, gas (if driving themselves), site charge difference (if any), souvenirs, and food (we could even split meals at the campsite with them).
