Tempura Kiku - Counter Service Now???

I had this on my list of ADRs for my travel agent to make for me. She spoke with three different CMs who stated that the DDP brochure is incorrect and that it is counter service, not table service. Is this correct? Anyone been there recently who can verify this? If it is truly counter service, I can make another TS reservation... woo hoo!

Unless something has changed very recently, Tempura Kiku is table service. However, they do not take reservations.
