To update this, we just had an offer accepted, on a perfect sized contract at BCV in my existing use year. Did have to go to a different broker, hoping that doesn’t turn out to be a mistake, but can use the same title company so shouldn’t have to reinvent the wheel in terms of paperwork.

Now keeping my fingers crossed that the ROFR Monster is safely sleeping…

Boo. I’m (hopefully) paying a fair bit less than they stole BCV contracts for in July and August, so it’ll be a tense month or so waiting to hear back.

Yours will do just fine. It's those other BCV contracts ROFR wants I'm sure, but not yours. It'll be safe!
