I do sort of want to take a break from running, but with MW kind of looming I know I can't completely put it on the back burner. And I'm starting to teeter on the whole edge of "I've taken too many days off and am now OK with doing nothing."How is MW in only 18 weeks???
For training - what would *you* rather do? I know personally, I suck at following a lifting plan, so that wouldn't work for me. But do you think after all the training for your ultra that you'd rather take a break from running? Or would you rather keep following a running training plan, but with less of a time commitment? I wouldn't pick option 3 though, since it sounds like it's just setting you up for more burnout
