Tell me some of your favorite counter service meals

That's in Japan, although I like the other selections there better than the sushi. But I think you can go into the lounge for the restaurant and get sushi without an ADR. Pretty sure I read that here somewhere. I love the little courtyard by the CS place though, it very peaceful with a waterfall and koi pond, and it has restrooms that no one seems to know are there
I also just read on someones TR that there is Sake at the kaki gori stand, if you're so inclined.

I started answering this ... and then I realized who the OP is

We love Pecos Bills & Columbia Harbor House at the MK and the fish & chips in England at Epcot. Another favorite for DH, DS, and DD (but not for me ) is the cantina in Mexico. We've never found a place we love at the Studios, and for some reason we always end up snacking at the Animal Kingdom. I'm not sure we've ever had a counter service meal there.

Casey's Corner (corn dog nuggets only! Don't even get me started on how AWFUL the hot dogs are )

EP= Don't usually CS here; we like to TS and snack

DHS= Don't care for ANY CS here

We loved Wolfgang Puck Express - went there three times! Anything for breakfast is awesome - I had the corn flake french toast which was so delicious. And I loved the spaghetti - the pasta was the fresh kind and it was cooked perfectly al dente.

We also enjoyed Cosmic Rays at MK - the ribs were so tender!

corn flake french toast? Hmm, that sounds interesting. I never thought about leaving our resort to go eat a CS breakfast, but since we are staying at POR we could catch the boat over one morning. Do you know how late they serve breakfast? If not I can look it up.

Just to throw another Epcot CS into the mix- my dad LOVES the CS at Morocco (Tangier?? something like that).

I also like Pizzafari (for the Hot Italian Sandwich ) and the CS in Japan. The courtyard is great there!

I think it is Tangerine in Morocco..They have a delicious chicken CS..Love it!! and also love the Baklava there!
