I decided to buy in and made an offer today for SSR, 160 points at $57 w/ 160 banked from 2012. Wondering if you DVC vets think that's a good deal. I know prices have gone up but it seems like anything in the $50's is good.

Yes, that is a great price! However, there were several SSR that were exercised between $58-63.50 that were loaded contracts. I believe a few of them were not paying closing costs so that brings up your cost per point overall
The broker I was working with advised me to not offer anything under $60 for SSR now. Just passing along the info and wishing you luck! Loaded contracts are hard to come by these days so I would hate to see the ROFR monster eat that one up.

The brokers that we dealt with said that the most recent ROFR's were $58-62 and with the lack of inventory available right now, you got a great deal! Here's hoping you get through ROFR.
