Tell me about Poly concierge!!

I just booked Poly LVC for October....never done it before - would love to hear all about it!!

We had a wonderful stay last March. The CM's were great and left us some goodies in our room to celebrate our anniversary. The lounge was good with plenty of food even when it was busy.

Theres also the "Official Polynesian FAQ's" thread here on the DIS. Lots of info there and over at "Tikimans" website, also try a google search for the "Disney Echo" theres a whole section on the Polynesian there. Your gonna love it!
