Technical question re: e-mail and getting locked out.

If I at one time registered under a completely different name and e-mail than my current username and e-mail and the previous e-mail is no longer valid, will that affect my current user name and e-mail that is valid? Also if this happened after I was HeatherPage for a one time post but in no way was affiliated with my now current ID and e-mail address which is a valid one will that affect me in anyway? Have I confused you yet?

No, no and sort of.

As long as you don't have any other user names, past or present, with the same email as you have for your current Heatherpage name, you will be fine.
