Technical help needed w logo

I'd like to make a logo of the mickey head with the words Disney Dream'in overlayed or on top of it for a cruise FE. Can someone help me? I don't know why I'm blanking out on this I've done lots of graphical stuff on my mac but for some reason I'm stumped. I usually "borrow" stuff others have done and modify but can't find what I'm looking for this time. Basically if someone has a Mickey head template that is empty inside maybe I can work it from there

color of Mickey head? style of font for text? (Disney, simple, fancy, script, etc.)

Well what I need is an empty mickey head that I can drop a photo into, resize if needed. I have a disney font so no issue there. Also don't have
photo shop but I do have iphoto or can work through picassa I guess. In the interim I was able to locate something but if you have suggestions for how to do the above...please note I don't want it done for me I want to be able to do it myself I'm like that

I have one suggestion......it should actually be Disney Dreamin' rather than Disney Dream'in as the ' represents the missing letter g.
