Tech help needed with Norton AntiVirus

Anybody who can help me please respond.

Last week I upgraded my NAV2002 to NAV 2004. I try to do a full system scan and I get an error that navscan.dll was not installed. need to reinstall.

Do I have to uninstall everything first? Or what? I'm just a computer rookie. I follow the onscreen instructions. I keep going to the Symantec site but I can't find anything on this! UGH!

I have also just installed 2004 & I cannot do a liveupdate for a large update I keep getting the messge not enough memory amongst other things. I e.mailed Symanex Saturday & they said I would receive a reply 3 working days I received an answer this evening & I am going to try it now. They were very helpful & friendly with their answer.

I would try an uninstall and then reinstall, Pem.
