Jeanne,
I don't think I can comprehend the miles on your feet right now, but I will share my best sore feet tip just in case it might help you or someone else. If you have biofreeze and put it on the bottoms of your feet before bedtime, it's amazing how much of a difference it makes in how your feet feel in the morning. At least it has for me with not so, SO many miles. This is for out and out soreness - obviously not good for a situation with blisters!
You and John are an incredible team!
Richard - I can't keep up with your race schedule these days! Congratulations and good luck, both! (Hopefully that covers it) You are a racing machine!
Mel - my only concern about a 1pm ice cream meet is that I might sleep through it.
That's typical post-race naptime for me, I think! I'll try to stay awake for it, though!
Maria - I'm so glad life is manageable again for you! It's my opinion that this is a really challenging time to go into training for a race. The days are getting shorter, the temps getting cooler. It's just tougher than the spring and summer training. We'll get there, though. Also, we should compare notes for our upcoming trips!
Me- Bodypump, round 3 this morning! I was a few minutes late and the instructor (who is adorable) hollered "Come on up - there's a big space right up here by me!" Oh man - late, singled out AND in the front row!
Fortunately, it doesn't really bother me - there are mirrors - everyone can see everyone anyhow. I upped some of my weights a bit and I can really feel it in my arms now. Apparently, I want to look just slightly ripped in my race photos in January.
Oh, I had a bad run on Saturday. Had CASH come and pick me up about a mile from home because I was just that uncomfortable. Intestinal discomfort is no joke when you're running, I tell you! I came home and finished up on the treadmill, though. Ugh.

(and a school night!), but I forced myself to get up and the run was lovely, if dark, with temps around 60 degrees.
I hope everyone is having a great week.
I'll have to read your NYC RR today!
Oh, I'm on FB as D.K. Peterson, just so you know.
So jealous you're in WDW right now, but you deserve the R&R.
But, he's never had it before...and dh and I got shots, so hopefully we won't bring it home.

I appreciate the thought, though and it was a pretty good one!

! Well, however you spend your non-racing hours, I hope you and dw have a great time.
Enjoy the engagement party, it sounds like it will be quite the event. We want a full report, especialy if there's a lot of Opa! going on!
