Okay, as I understand it....
Miles and minutes/hours for walking, biiking, etc where miles can be measured. But on things like Pilates, weight resistance, aerobics, tai chi (I just through that one in for fun) you just count hours.

(oh i am in for a beating this weekend lol)
, and rack up them hours and miles!!! I have at least two races on the horizon and plan to count every one of them, not just the run up to them!
