And that's all I've got. I think this is it, group... I need to leave in about 10 minutes for my volunteering. I've packed the boys up except their plane stuff, and myself except my shower stuff (that's on the agenda for after volunteering, so I still need it.) But I'm sure there's plenty of last minute things that will keep me off the computer.

I'm watching CNN tell me that there are 3 hour delays right now in Chicago, so I suppose there's a chance I'll be sleeping here tonight, but otherwise, I'm out.

I'm not taking my computer since it's a quick trip and I have to carry on a bag (my plan of packing myself and the boys in my one bag took a dive with the bulk of winter clothes. I could do it in the summer, but with sweaters, jeans, snowpants, boots... I wound up packing them in the big bag, and everything but my dress stuff and toiletries in my carry-on.) MIL has fine internet, but I think my chances are going to be spotty.

I'll miss you all! Have a terrific weekend - I'll be back if we end up not being able to fly!

Well, I've been to the doctor, and it's not great news.......

Didn't have a chance to quote everyone, but I did want to give Kat and big . I think most couples have gone through it - and trust me, most of the time it really strengthens your relationship.

I have been finding out from several couples I know that this is not uncommon. I hope it never happens again but at least we aren't in a minority about it.

IPOD! I think itunes is so easy to use and ipods too! They have some good ones now that have a crazy amount of space and even have touch screens too! If you go to apple .com sometimes they even have refurbbed ones for cheaper, but they still come with the warranty! If you have any other questions just holla!

well yesterday was a great success!!! we went all over the city. I took a bunch of pics ill post over the weekend. we snacked from street carts, wandered the apple store and the Disney store (we even danced to Cinderella in the elevator- it was hilarious). we ate at brother jimmy's BBQ- wow was it good!!! then we went to the movies and saw Valkyre . Not a chick flick but KC loved it so I nodded off and was happy to see him happy.

Tonight I'm off to the city again to meet some friends and get some last minute tickets to Spring Awakening (AGAIN?!) and have some dinner out somewhere. I'll be back around this weekend some time.

Again everyone, thanks for being here, it means everything to me.

Busy morning for us. I'm about to drop Linds off at school then DR and I are headed to our first MOPS meeting. Gets me out of the house and him too. After that he's in preschool and I need to drop Lindsey's b-day snack off at school. Once all of that is taken care I'm coming home and taking a little nap. My sinuses and throat are killing me and I need a little rest.

Have fun at MOPS, Lori. I did MOPS for six years and served as Coordinator of our group for two, finance for two and MOPPETS (children's program director) for one. It's a great way to meet people and a wonderful support system for us moms! When friends have their first babies, that's the first thing I tell them to do!

Just got home from getting the hairs cut. Feel much lighter now! Maybe I'll go weigh myself and see how much I lost!

I've got a few hours, so I'm going to dye my hair and maybe work on some scrapbooking. Headed to the Y after I pick DD4 up from school at 1pm. We're supposed to get snow tomorrow as well, but ours is going to start out as freezing rain. I was hoping to take the girls ice skating tomorrow, but I'll have to wait and see what the roads are like tomorrow. I don't like driving in ice.

So last night I woke up at 1:30ish with burning pain - nothing a little Vicodin couldn't fix though. Today I just look ugly and feel gross. I look like someone slapped bacon on my eye and forehead. At least the lower half of my face is ok and I can throw on some Jackie-O's and look normal.

Got nothing but planned today. Maddie needs new shoes, but I doubt I'll get to the mall today. I'm just not in the mood, KWIM?

So last night I took the boys to the vet and when I got home i started feeling excrutiating pain in my right heel (which happens to be the foot that is getting operated on). I never had heel pain before (the other problem is near the toes). It was so bad this mornign I came to work with a cane as I can't put full pressure on it without seeing stars.

I can't call the Dr today as Friday is surgery day. I have an appointment already for Monday so I will have to wait until then.

We are expecting a nice dumping of snow tomorrow , so I will spend the weekend on the couch and maybe bring some work home.
