When we were at the life vest drill a woman next to us said "Hello Annette" and really freaked my wife out. She was one of my DISBoard friends.

So did you do Marching Band Concert Band or both ??

I played the clarinet in the marching band and concert band my 9th and 10th grade year. I missed being in the stands with my friends, so I didn't continue. I then played the piano in the jazz band. I was the only female in the jazz band.

Uh, ya'll kept hitting us in the back of the head.

Jo - sorry Jess isn't feeling well. Are the girls excited that their mom is now famous and in the news all the time?

I play, in order of learning: piano, flute, trombone, tuba, saxophone. Tell me what you need, I'll do it. Not necessarily well, but I'll do it.

What no Trumpet .. no Baritone... .. CE .. you should have the Title of One woman Band

Can ya play Tuba and Sax at the same time ... that's SAX... not ... well.... you know....

As soon as I got on the beltline, traffic way at a stand still...all 5 lanes. There is a jumper on one of the bridges so all traffic was being re routed and it too me an hour to get off the road.

I was going to say something really mean here, but I won't...It's Christmas!

Angelina has Strep.. and with it came a rash and tiny bumps on her body and neck. shes on the pink stuff, so she should be feeling o.k in a day or two.
Except Steve has a vacation day tomorrow and we were going to spend the day shopping and going out to lunch. maybe she can stay with his parents for a little bit,,,,

OMG I am behind. Lots of pages...I skimmed....

hoping everyone with ailments is feeling better and everyone without power is getting back to normal too! and a HOWDY to everyone else!

Been a boring weekend, I think aunt flo is coming soon since I cant seem to do much but sleep. of course thats in the day, nights i can't sleep for nada.

we asked KCs parents to come with us to see my family, they turned us down and now its done. i refuse to ask again and we wont be seeing them at all. Xmas eve we will be going to KCs boss' house. I will not be stressed about it anymore.

Got tons of cards today.....thanks everyone!!!! I'll take pics of all of them hanging once they all arrive!

My Family is from Long Island. We go to my aunts house and my grandparents fly up from florida. K's parents are anti social and will always find an excuse not to go out so whatever for them at this point, they can't complain about being alone for the holidays.

Good decision!

I have a keyboard (I want a piano, but...) and I keep my flute out, too - but just at home. My mom still loans out my trombone to local high school kids. I haven't played tuba or sax in years.

Thanks for yours! And I'm glad yours arrived, because I have a lot of family in IL and hopefully then, they got theirs, too.

we asked KCs parents to come with us to see my family, they turned us down and now its done. i refuse to ask again and we wont be seeing them at all. Xmas eve we will be going to KCs boss' house. I will not be stressed about it anymore.

I know it's hard.

I received my secret santa gift today and I am thrilled !! I have had a very sad day I just heard today that my best friend growing up in England died of Cancer last month! Another old friend sent me a Christmas card and in it was the obituary, she thought I knew !!I have spent most of the day in tears and once again it was my dear Focker Friends wholifted my spirits !!

My SS (who is the best) knew just what to send Jon. She sent him 2 mini-video games. Which he loves more than anything! You didn't have to do that, btw!
