Z -- What dates were you there? I was expecting horrible crowds last week and it was not bad at all. I did not go into any parks during the day on Monday but that night in WS was very nice.

Well the Fios guy finally left and my freakin' internet is FAST as lightening!! I love, love, love it! And the best part ....
I'm hooked up on Wi-Fi for my Wii!!! I can finally play AC with all the other DIS/AC-dorks!!!

I made a cross between the Jamaican jerk pork recipe and a steak and onions recipe in the crock pot. I used 2 big pieces of beef, the jerk seasonings plus a little worcestershire and chipotle hot sauce and threw in 2 huge onions and 2 huge peppers on top. it smells awesome. I love hoe the meat tastes the day after so we aren't eating it until tomorrow or wed.

That sounds awesome Kat - sans the chipotle, naturally. Beside weenies and bone meat, hot is another thing that T doesn't put in her mouth.

We got Fios in September. Save for me being cooped up all day with the Fios dude, it's pretty nice (I like the multi-room DVRs).

We were supposed to get 3 free DVR's for 6 months, but the guy was all out. We have to wait until they get more. Darn it!

Hi Fockers, just a drive by to say hi and let T know I got my DL park hopper today. DL website has them on sale I got a 6 day hopper, was only going to get a 5 day, but it was only $5 difference between the 2. This was if I want to head into the parks the first day for an hour or 2 I can, figure for $5 extra it will be nice to have the choice.

We arrived 2/16 but didn't do parks, did the parks 2/17 and left 2/18.
My friend went this past weekend and she said Epcot wasn't bad, but MK on Saturday was very busy.

Morning everyone! Where's Mel and Katt? They're usually up a lot earlier than I am!

So, DD5 woke up at 4:30 again this morning coughing up a lung. I got up and gave her medicine and then she wanted me to snuggle her in her bed. I think I finally got back to my own bed at 6am. I did doze off in her bed, but woke up with half of my body asleep! I'm just too big to be sharing a twin-sized bed!!!!!

Today is a lazy day for me. I've got nowhere to go. The furnace guy is coming around 9am to fix our humidifier. I've got parent-teacher organization meetings starting at 5pm, but nothing in between. I think I'm going to dye my hair and try to get our taxes done.

So, my DH got his bonus last week and I've been trying to figure out how to spend it! I've already decided on the carpeting, but then I thought about getting a Wii so that I can play with all of you! He must have been thinking the same thing because he actually send me a message yesterday about getting one through using Amex points. We should have enough points in another two months and the best thing is.... you can borrow points! So, I might be getting a Wii soon!!! Then all I'll have to do is spend some of the bonus money on the Fit and other games.

Well, I'd better get going. Gotta get DD7 out of bed and to school. Hope everyone has a great morning!

You should be able to take your ticket and turn it in for an Annual Pass at Guest Relations. You'll get the value of your ticket off of the pass.

You should be able to take your ticket and turn it in for an Annual Pass at Guest Relations. You'll get the value of your ticket off of the pass.

Just use the ticket first to get the most value out of it.

At 8:35 I got a phone call...he threw up all over the classroom (apparently there was some projectile vomiting occurring ). I should have went with my first instinct and kept him home. He is now ensconsed on the couch watchin Diego and cuddling with his stuffed Donald Duck

Kirt brought me boxes last night, so I'm cleaning up and packing a few things. If all goes as planned, we will be closing on our house when we get back from our trip. If we don't like the house tomorrow, then... Yikes! I have to figure out what to do.
But, really, the pics show everything I would care about, so I think it's good. The realtor that's selling it also said It wouldn't close until the end of March/mid-April because they are putting in new carpet. We also could pick it if we make the offer before it's laid.

Z- love the mini-tr! It's making me excited for my trip! I'm going to need this trip now!

I had no idea that there was a connection to birch trees. That's very interesting because New England has TONS of birch. Bob used to have to get shots for his allergies there, but since we've moved to the midwest (where i hardly ever see birch) he's not had to. But, about a year ago, I sent him to work with an apple and he said his lips, tongue and throat got all tingly and itchy. So, he's avoided them since!

It must be the connection then oh and you did make me laugh that you then posted you were having apple pancakes is he not allergic to cooked apples? I don't like them so don't know!

it's a 1 bedroom. There were no pictures in the ad but its in a private house and it's about 4 blocks from where we are now. It would be a great and convenient move. It says there s a washer and dryer too, which would be awesome. I'm not getting my hopes up tho because you never know about these places!

I went to a coffee morning at the golf club today, last week the Lady Captain called me to see if I was going which I thought was strange, well I found out as I won a medal for the 4 best medal scores in the year So that was unexpected. I then had to sit through 2 hours of flower arranging though I don't mind a bit as it's interesting but it went on a bit too long, so long that it didn't give me enough time to play golf because I have to get Ells from school!

I had one friend that lived near Conneaut Lake (I think that's what it was called) Visited once in the winter. told her that from now on winter visits were her coming to Philly.
