Translation: CE drove through all the Yankee states (NH, MA, CT, NY (slightly), NJ, PA, MD)and finally crossed over the Mason Dixon line and was thankful to end up Virginia (although Northern Virginia's Southern connections are questionable!)

I know--I can't believe people are still posting on it! (dare you to start another one.......what would be controversial?? Space Mountain should be torn down....Disney should allow you to purchase the dining plan from any hotel ( I do think this would be great).......Pool hoppers should be shot on site.......
We should think of some more!

CE drove through Pennsylvania and didn't even stop in Philly for a shout out or at least a cheesesteak and soft pretzel:sad2:

She even drove within 1 mile of my home and didn't even stop in to say hi. I guess 3 am was just a tad too early for her! :rotfl2:

We actually were on 81, so we weren't near Philly. I'm sorry, Janet! :sad1:

It's amazing how many names you have pinched :rotfl2: I grew up in Suffolk, Dh in Norfolk and we now live near Rochester, they are all US places too aren't they!!!

Are you back, Jo? Or, not 'til tomorrow?
Not till tomorrow afternoon then I need to do some serious catching up :goodvibes

So have you all heard Tepanyaki isn't opening until September sometime and guess who has an ADR there on August 26th :headache: I think Disney should fit us in somewhere else, what do you think :rotfl2:

VA
VA
NY
Of course, the British named all these places!
(I think they mainly just put the word NEW in front of old names! NEW york, NEW England, ...)
Texas cities do not seem to have this problem (San Antonio...)

Yep that's what it is! I decided to skip the show, but they went to it--my grandpa plays the fiddle and sings in his own band (they are on the radio) so he was excited to go see this show.
I don't overly like that type of music though.

Is there no bluegrass music in England?

So, where are you guys dining at now?:confused3

Not sure yet. I'm supposed to receive a call in about a week to make a new ADR. Apparently Guest Services can "pull some strings" wink wink to get us in anywhere we want....... They shouldn't say things like that to someone like me. :smooth:

I'm hoping for 50's, LTT, or Raglan Road. If they can't accomodate us there, then we will be at Alfredo's. But seriously, nothing can replace a flaming onion. :sad1:

Just thought I'd Post to let everyone one here Know that I am totally amazed at the Posting skills of all you TFW's......You Guys & Gals are Amazing!!!...I don't know what I'd do If Ya'll weren't around ...So I am just Posting to say Thanks!!!!

Rant update:

So... The current kitchen situation is that the plumber is coming at the same time as the installer (who is coming, at that point, to demolish) on Monday. We felt that we had to clean the basement in case they actually will be able to move the big pipe, and cut a hole in the basement ceiling.

Today we spent about a half hour cleaning out the garage, so that we could move the basement stuff INTO the garage.

We cleaned out a good half of the garage. In some ways, it was like our wedding all over again - I found wedding gifts still in tissue paper that had been in boxes for 7 years - but in the end, we have a huge pile of giveaways, a huge pile of "keeps" (but at least we know we WANT to keep this stuff, it just needs a home) and a small pile of "sell." Now, it's still work to get rid of stuff and find out where to put the keepers, but...

I feel that we did a ton of work, and am feeling fairly good.

Tomorrow we still have to completely clear the kitchen (I had most of it done, but have plates and glasses and the kitchen table to go.) I use a group on Yahoo called Freecycle and some folks are coming to pick some of the giveaways up. D. will move the stove, microwave, and fridge for me, before he leaves for a week for recurrent training.

I'm not quite so stressed. :thumbsup2

We did buy all our appliances yesterday - we went stainless for all, thanks to everyone who voted in my poll last month - but they won't be delivered for another week. Sears had an awesome sale... :rolleyes1

Anyway, thanks once again to everyone for giving me a way to vent and lose some stress. You're great friends. :grouphug:

That's because it's spelled "N - O - R - W - I - C - H". Norwich is not too far from me.
