I called to make my reservations for our June trip. I really have my heart set on staying at BCV because we are going for SWW, but they don't have anything available. They do have BWV available, but I'm not a fan after our last trip because of the noise. I'm going to try to book the third week in June.

I spoke to her again and you know what she did. She has a woman that she hired as an assistant call me to make sure my boys are taken care of while she is recuperating. She is unbelievable, still taking care of us while she is recovering from a stroke. She doesn't want this to add to my stress and get the Fibro flaring again. THis is why she is my 2nd mother. I truly love this woman!


Angela - my Jets are doing what they do best, they are trying to raise my hopes to only crush them. Oh yeah, tied for first with NE. YOu know what will happen Thursday night, right? They are going to get their butt kicked! And then the Titans the following week. Yep, got a nice losing streak coming up. Man it sucks to be a Jet fan. It's my form of abuse, I know it's wrong, I know my heart will be broken, yet I keep coming back for more.

You how Namath got his name, only Jet Super Bowl MVP!

I booked preferred room...but I need advice on where to stay/which building to request.

It would be helpful for Jon if we were on 1st floor and close to the main building.

Nope Not Crazy... I always request a 1st or second floor with Joshua and they have always accommodated. I have even ask for a specific room or a room Near a certain room

Now.. We had a "Preferred room " Bldg B in the 60's #5260
It was second floor.. first room off the "Yo-Yo". If we walked out of our room.. and turned Left a few steps... there was the Pool.
It was quieter/ 2nd floor's usually are..
I would ask for a room on THAT SIDE of the Bldg.

Can't help you with Bldg A.. but the same scenario would be what you might want.. unless you want to face the pool.

and The Main Bldg Circled. 2 minutes to the Main Bldg.

I went to Kohl's and got a new pair of jeans, two bras, and a shirt. Then I went to Target and got the extra nunchuck for the Wii and a $.50 t-shirt for next Halloween, and a book.

I ate at TGI Friday's by myself, and it was good, and I sat at the bar so I didn't feel too weird.
So it was a nice night.

I was going to say that you should go shopping for yourself! You read my mind....LOL. I always like to do that when I get the ALONE time. You can try on things, take your time, dream a little... You know...? Sounds like a great night, CE!

at time of year? We did EMH night in January and in August (With Mel and Bob...Hi Mel! ) and it wasn't too bad. You can get quite a bit done and be wary of the long fast pass lines with short stand-by lanes

Hi Z! Yeah, freakiest thing ever! We all show up to ride BTMRR and the Standby line is a TOTAL walk on. Fastpass looked like an hour plus wait.....WEIRD.

I don't love late EMH's but as Z says, you could get alot done at MK. After my experience at DHS late EMH, NO way. Never again!

1)Ohana's Luaua is nice but not worth the $$ Ohana ok, but liked Kona better.
2) Sci-Fi is cute, but try lunch the dinner was just ok. I've heard their burgers are good, and they don't do burgers at dinner. I like Sci Fi alot but their menu is very limited...
3) Janet said you couldn't make ressies @ T-Rex yet Yep.
4) Kat called or faxed POR and requested our room due to her back problems.
5) No, you're a Focker!

I'd add to the above, the menu at TRex is very very varied. That's good if you have picky eaters. I love Artists Point!!! Great Food, but likely a 2 TS credit meal as I think we spent about the same there as at Narcoosees. If you haven't tried the Hollywood and Vine Buffet, I recommend that one to everyone! Great food, great selection. It's at DHS. No characters, that I know of though.

I had to read SO many pages (from 53 to 61) and then reply that I decided to just do my "update" in a separate post. (Though that will likely make Janet attack me again with her "it's all Mel's fault about the chattiness" thing! LOL)

So, yesterday we had dinner, got the kiddos settled in downstairs with 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (that's the original, 1960's??) and Bob rented a movie for us.

Well, let me tell you, Bob is now BANNED from renting any more movies! First he tortured me with The Happening. Then with The Man Who Knew Too Much. And then, last night, with There Will Be Blood with Daniel Day-Lewis. OMG. Awful. Awful. Awful. Without a SINGLE doubt, the worst movie I have EVER seen. Bob is now going to have to consult Z first, before he gets to the rental place.

So, this morning I made hashbrowns, eggs, toast and veggie sausage for breakfast. Yummy! Then I did laundry and we just hung out at home. At 1 pm we took SD to his guitar lesson and then went to see Madagascar 2! It was GREAT! So funny! A couple of times I laughed, LOUDLY! And at the end, Alex the Lion (who is Ben Stiller...) Fockered the Zebra (Chris Rock!) Bob turned to me and mouthed, "OMG, he FOCKERED him!!!" LOL. Made me crack up!
We topped off our afternoon with dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. Greasy but good. I always re-commit myself to my diet after a meal there! We got home around 6 pm. The boys are showered and jammied and playing video games downstairs with Bob. I'm trying to catch up here and watch my race. All three RCR boys are in the running for the "Driver of the Year!!"
