I agree! I love Clinique! The touch base eye shadow base is wonderful (using a lot of it now to try and tone down the black and blue! )
I use the whole 3 step face cleansers too.
And high impact black/brown mascara!

We are make-up twins!

I use the 3 step facial cleansers as well, although they failed me in August on the Disney trip. I guess it is not meant to defend against unknown tropical rashes and diseases. Otherwise it works great in my day to day life.

I did ride TOT and it was an easy one - no long drops. Thank goodness! Josie got sick after the ride and started heaving. Mr Diz was making fun of her.

Sorry to hear that. No making fun here. Most of the family do not do TOT. We seem predisposed not to enjoy the dropping sensation, so we'd probably be in the same boat with Josie.

We toured the new DVC BLT models. They are nice, but AKV rooms are nicer in my opinion. I like the way the kitchenette sits in the studio.

Are you in DVC? I ran the math a while back, and it did not make sense for accomodations for a family of 5. I may have to dig out the spreadsheet for the new 1BR units that sleep 5.

Hey, girls. I had a fever and got sick again last night. Good thing I have this trip, or I'd be depressed.

Oh, I don't think I told you I went back to see the doctor yesterday and he gave me a medicine to open up my airways and an antibiotic, finally. So, I'm hoping that will knock out what keeps making me run a fever at night.

Why are Saturdays so miserable weather wise at the moment

I'd be happy to trade for a few weeks or months. We're still pretty low on water levels here in GA and could use some good soaking Saturdays.

Seeing discretion as the better part of valor, I'll skip any commnents on the bra portion the last several pages. Mrs. T may comment at some point as she just happened to be out bra shopping with our eldest this afternoon.

I'm going to try to sway you to go the following week since I'm there. Did you know that the first week of June is always Gay Days? You might have some explaining to do with the kids. We went last year during Gay Days. We didn't have any issues, but just sayin' - might want to go the next week with my family.

I did not know the 1st week of June was Gay Days, but I don't expect it to be an issue. In any case, we can't really move the trip as we are heading straight from Orlando to a wedding in Minnesota.

I think you said y'all were going 6/6-6/13. We're pretty much spot on but shifted two days - 6/4-6/11. We should have a pretty healthy overlap in WDW time. I'm looking forward to having the families meet up. Maybe we can get the families together for a dinner before then.

I havent decided about our trip in June yet. I`m leaning towards no. and seeing what Steve comes up with.

We're booked at Poly. So far, it's been our favorite WDW resort, and we have quite a few good memories associated with it. With two queen beds and a day bed, we're set with one room.

I am so excited about all of your trips! I have to get my butt in gear and plan our January trip. It's about 2 months out, so I need to make some ADR's. I am thinking of doing dinner at Chef Mickey's (never done that...) and one dinner at Flying Fish. The hard thing is that we have SD's friend coming along and he is PICKY PICKY PICKY. I don't want to spend $25 for a meal he won't eat. (It infuriates me when kids like that ORDER something and then push it around on their plates.....if you are that picky, DON'T order!!!!) Anyhow, I'll decide this week and make the ressies. Maybe we'll do it just with Gus. He's the seafood lover anyway!

Two of our favorites. We've typically started our trips with dinner at CM (usually as an alternative to spending a full day of tickets on our day of arrival). Mrs. T and I really enjoyed Flying Fish when we did our anniversary trip.

OMG stopping now the 1 who went to the ER has a fracture in her back!! I want this weekend to end !! Who was it that said I was always positive?

Advice please and girlie advice at that. I need to get some foundation as there will be a camera crew and a photo/video shoot to do. I rarely wear makeup except lip gloss and a bit of clear mascara so I want to look natural but need something, any suggestion please. Also I was thinking I have to have a hair cut in 3 weeks and maybe even a manicure, it's going to cost me a fortune

Well, T has already brought this up - great minds, and all, but I hate foundation and use a powder instead. I happen to use a MAC Fix, which can be put on dry in light or heavy layers, depending on how much coverage you want, or with a damp sponge if you want it more like a foundation. But Dr. Belle also swears by Bare Escentuals.

But I will be really surprised if they don't do your makeup and hair for you before the shoot. Ask a current mom.

On our way home we stopped at Genaurdi's (supermarket) and ordered our premade Thanksgiving dinner 1 Yes, I am cheating this year. THen at old McDonald's for lunch. Now we are hanging out in the basement watching King FU Panda!

Good for you - although I kind of like making the dinner - but then we eat dinner, not lunch, so I don't have to start until noon.

Personally, I'd go with a powder foundation, especially if you're not used to wearing makeup. Aren't they going to do your make-up for you though? The mom's on the website look like they have professional make-up on. At any rate, keep it simple. Powder foundation, some light blush, lip gloss and mascara. Oh and one thing, make sure your eyebrows are groomed.

Actually that's only 3. Was thinking TOny's at the MK, but the menu doesn't appeal to me. I'm Italian..have a hrd time eating Italian out!

Tony's sucks. Sorry to say. I'm not Italian, but we have tons of good restaurants around here, based on the Boston area, so I know good Italian. Tony's is not it.

Well, we need to leave soon for the gymnastics, but I'm not sure what to do with myself. My friend decided she did need to stay and work (not have her DH do it) and so we can't go out. I could do some shopping, either for myself or for Christmas, or I could go out for dinner alone (I will need to eat, regardless) or I could just come home. My friend has said that they are taking two cars, so that if the older son and his friend, or the twin NOT on the team gets bored, she or her DH can drive them home, and she said she'd bring my boys at that point, too, if I wanted. So I might not even have to pick them up, but then I might not have the full four hours, either.

I've got about 8 minutes - what should I do?

Well, if we're averaging 50 pages in 4 days, then it should take roughly 20 days to get to 250. But that's 20 days from the start of the thread, so about 16 more?

Great. Whenever this is the case, it is the night the wait staff is horrible, the food cold and the fish too fishy!

Ok. Listening to Grave Surprise on CD while I DIS. This requires massive amounts of concentration.... LOL

Had burgers and fries for dinner.

Turned out the van was in horrible condition INSIDE. Smoker, and the carpets were really worn. I am so thankful that my DH is a car guy. I don't know what people do when their husbands don't know the first thing about a car. Bob said that he checked it out, and the guy said that it has a whole slew of issues (driver's side window won't go up/down, broken lift gate, needs tires, etc) and as they were checking it out some woman pulled up with her kids and offered the guy cash. She didn't even drive it first. Bob said he wanted to pull her aside and warn her off, but she was really adamant. He said he saw her about an hour later at a streetlight near our house and the van was running really rough. He felt bad for her.

So, did you guys get Jo's beauty needs all taken care of? Like she needs our help! She's so pretty anyway.
Anyone who looks good after a whole day in Epcot, in a hurricane, riding TT twenty times in a row, does NOT need help.....
