We had a nice evening. We had D & Luis over and we went to Nathan's for dinner. On the way back we stopped in PC Richards are finally going to take the plunge and buy our TV, tomorrow I think! So this week we should be getting the new furniture too! D and Luis brought us cupcakes from Crumbs bakery- HOLY MOLEY they were yummy! They bought us 2 sampler packs and there are like a million so we have cupcakes for days!

Anyways I'm hyere for a bnit, I dl-ed some new games so I will be popping back in between playing Bejeweled twist and posh boutique. Those silly games get me every time.

Just got back from my friends house. We brought a bottle of wine and when we left I realized that we only had one glass left. this would have been fine except I was the only one drinking it!!!

Good morning everyone! I survived the night! (not that I thought I wouldn't....) My throat is SO sore though. I think it's from the anesthesia tubing but I'll keep an eye on it. I took my temp as soon as I got up, it was normal. Took my antibiotics and now I'm here. All the boys are still sound asleep.
SD was very sweet and moved downstairs to the guest room for me. He has a queen sized bed and it has a nice firm mattress. I was afraid I'd be tossing and turning and keep Bob up so I slept in his room. He's so sweet.

This morning Bob has promised scrambled eggs and cinnamon rolls! Yay! It's almost worth having surgery. Almost.....

Sorry drunken Spanish night sorta fizzled out, huh? You guys cracked me up though. Everyone was drinking soda and tea! Except V! LOL

And what I said was: I would gladly trade my bottle of vicodin for a large margarita and a hot guy named Paulo.

They did it laproscopically so it was only 3 little holes in my tummy. They're sore but not painful. (you know?)

All in all, I'd say the amount of love and support here was overwhelming for the amount of pain I had. Next time I'll have to have something more serious to warrant all the love! LOL

How are you? Are you going to get to rest at all this Holiday week?

Soccer is over for the two younger boys, but we still have 6 weeks of lacrosse. DH graduates two weeks from today (may I borrow your banana?) Things are starting to calm down, but it's been a good busy.

And rest? I am not giving my boys spring break this year. They had a week in October to go to WDW that we have to make up for. I'd like to be finished with school by mid-May. I know, I'm a meanie.

I was going to have my sis over for a b'day dinner for Mitch, but her DH's family is in from Ohio this week and today is the only day they can all get together. So I don't know if I should go all out for just the two of us, or wait until later in the week when we can all get together. I'm leaning on waiting, but I don't want Mitch to feel slighted. Although I don't think he will. Ramble, ramble.

Tonight's opening night for baseball. Care for a friendly wager Janet? Lapu's or funnel cakes?

Wow, congrats to DH. That's great news! I don't think you're mean at all. Finishing school early and enjoying the weather is a much better idea!

My youngest is starting Karate I think, so that will be a commitment and the oldest is going back to tennis, I hope. They resist sports (which I find odd) but I am going to have to get tough. I dislike them sitting around doing nothing (well, music lessons and history club) and not actually MOVING!

Today I think they'll be out picking up their toys from the yard. They are forecasting 9 inches of snow tonight!!!!!
