So glad to hear that Mel is home and that NotBob is taking good care of her!

It actually turned out to be a pretty nice day here today, so I spent a few hours at the school playground with the girls. There were some other neighborhood moms there, so we sat and talked while the kids ran around and played.

DH just stopped home to change clothes and run. Now it's time to get some food. And I'm thinking it's an ice cream day too!

So, after a day of nothing, I'm about to head to the high school for the spring show. Last night my friends and I were dying laughing when the boys (dressed as girls) danced to Single Ladies. That some good stuff. I'll try to get a recording of Baylie's hip hop and post it on FB.

Good day peeps!

I read, but apparently nothing stuck??!! Hmmm... me thinks I am sleep deprived.

Andy and I went on a hunt this morning for a new bike for Maddie. We'd been all over the local Targets looking for a bike like Jodi's DD. They're all sold out. We stopped at a local bike shop and found the most beautiful cruiser for her. It's pearl pink with Hawaiian flowers, and the tire tread is hibiscus. Then we saw the price.... $349!!! Holy Cheezits! No way was going to pay that. "But it'll last 20 years!" the shop owner told us. Who cares.

We tried one last Target and low and behold they had count them, 6 of the coveted Schwinn bikes. SCORE! We have a happy girl and a happy momma.

I've got some laundry going and that's about it. Gonna chillax with an adult cocktail or two tonight, so I'll be around here or attempting that stupid Bejeweled game on FB.

Glad to see Mel's home.... but what's this??? I see a green light on when it should be off.

I'll check back later to see who's in for drunken foreign language night.

I have that same problem. My ex keeps popping up and I do not want to know what he is doing and I do not want him to know what I am doing either. But since we are in the same network and have a lot of the same friends, went to the same school, etc it keeps suggesting I add him as a friend

Yeah, my ex and I were high school sweethearts so of course we have the same friends. I think I have my page pretty secure that he can't see anything, it's just a pain. The weird thing is I can't find him when I do a search, so I can block him, but he still shows up there? I e-mailed Facebook to see if they can help.

I was at the flower & garden festival this morning and I'll post some pictures as soon as I can. The flowers are, as usual, beautiful!

Glad you were able to find a bike. Jimmy has no interest in a bike He likes to use his big wheel or his scooter!

Thanks guys! I'm doing pretty good so far. Bob and Peg (not my Bob...) brought over enchiladas for dinner for us so my Bob wouldn't have to cook. That was so sweet of them! Now I am sitting propped up on the chair with a blankie and pillow, jelly belly jellybeans and my laptop. Bob has approved this for me, for now!
