Nice! We are apparently skiing in the 50 degree weather. The snow may stink, but we won't be freezing!

SOunds like a fun day. Does the place you go have tubing too. Jimmy has decided he wants to go tubing, I told him he should have told us that in January, not March when it's 60 out

I'm a happy girl. Kirt's day was hectic, but the builders all were really happy about Kirt taking over and commended his boss on making that choice. I'm so proud of him. He's so amazing.
The boss also said if our house doesn't move forward even though we haven't sold the house, he willk personally call in favors witht he builder and make it happen.

We're still hoping to have the house ready to list on Monday or Tuesday. It'll be a busy weekend, but I'm going to try and help/take it easy at the same time because I'm feeling a little under the weather. I bought some Mucinex to clean the junk out of my chest. I need to take some tylenol so my brain won't hit the front of my skull every time I cough!

We have the car all packed and will start out at 5:30 am. I want us to be on the 7:30 train. I plan to be at Navy Pier before it opens. Hmmmmm...I wonder if there will be a rope drop or mad dash for Barney.
The kids are going to a Barney sing-a-long and then get autographs with him and Angelina Ballerina. I am heading to the Flower Show. Nana is also going to take Bug to the Children's Museum and lunch at McDonald's. The one in NP sounds neat. We are then meeting up for dinner at Buba Gumps. We seem to always end up eating here when at NP.
Sunday we are sleeping in and then going to lunch at a plans called Nan's. It is supposed to have really good sushi. I love sushi and since it also has Chinese, Bug will have no problem finding something he likes. I wanted to go to a Dim Sum place but didn't find one. I am sure there are some I just didn't find them.

I hope Waldo is back to normal soon .

It's Friday, Fockers!!!

Z was first to post this morning. She scored some free champagne and did some singing with a teleprompter. No not this morning. She is going to visit her little bro in Puerto Rico next week. Have fun!!

CE got her taxes done. She didn't have to pay. Hey CE it was 71 but cloudy here. I'll take it.

Mel had library duty. She took SD and friends for pizza.

Dawn is waiting on hormone results, has a family picnic, meeting with realtor, dinner w/K's family. Plus they are putting the house on the market early next week. She is finishing patching holes in the walls and packing stuff. I hope you get feeling better.

V is doing camp registration and mini golf. Posted the 'Are You 23' info. Post #595, pg 40. Have fun V!

Hedy is on for Disney in Oct.. She has a benefit for work this weekend then AAA travel show and a play ........ and a B-day party.

T says Waldo is doing well after his surgery. He is fiesty though. Her Te had a B-day Fri. She's working on August Disney trip. Wants to eat @ AK, but not Tusker. Maybe Yak and Yeti?

G-Luv has to check out the job opp in San Ant. at a school. Hope is turns out to be positive!!

Boysmom5150 has been busy with.......the boys.. She is planning her April trip. The airfare was She is booked for BLT in Aug.

Jo played golf without fuzzy eyes. She hit herself right between the eyes with her own golf ball on Wed. I hope you didn't give yourself a 3rd eye.

Rosie's keyboard is indeed shot. She is going to Wallyworld because she believes it was under warranty.

Kat got her GS cookies. KC loved them. Why has he never had any before? She said Watchman was a bit long and KC loved it.

Janet is sneakin' around somewhere. Remember, big sister is always watching!

Lessa has learned to feel guilty about spending her own money.

Played golf today because the sun was out and I couldn't miss out and so far my eyes have been fine

YAY! So glad your eyes felt better today!

Well, I spent the afternoon doing our taxes. I think we even have the scary Mass state ones worked out (but need a letter on company letterhead before filing.)

Our Fed refund was lower than last year, but the MA refund is bigger, and all in all it's a rather large amount. Woohoo!!!

SO glad that's done.

D found a great ski ticket price for tomorrow, and I think he and Woody are going to do night skiing tonight, too. Buzz doesn't want to go tonight, so he and I will have pizza and movie night.

I have to help them get ready, but I'll be back!

Well Watchmen was pretty good. KC loved it to death, said it was exactly like the comic. It was kinda long if you ask me. We got home at like 5am. We were up at 11:30, so I am TIRED. KC's uncle came with us and crashed here last night and is staying again tonight since he's working in the city tomorrow morning (he lives in NJ and its a longer commute). BUT KC is going to see AVE Q tonight, so it's me and his uncle. Kinda weird but I'm hoping watching some movies will kill the time till KC gets home.

Really i just wanna nap and not wake up till tomorrow but thats not gonna happen. I threw in some orange maple chicken and veggies in the crock so I don't have to cook.

SO i'll prob pop in from time to time. Hope everyone's having a good Friday![/COLOR]

I never told you all about the stupid thing I did at golf on Wednesday when I was playing in a match against other people. I was on the putting green and my putter has a little ledge on the back of it which allows me to kinda flick the ball in the air to catch so I don't have to bend down. I do it all the time, well this time I wasn't concentrating looking to see if there was a pitchmark (hole made by the ball landing) to repair and as I flicked the ball up I didn't catch it and it hit me right in the middle of my forehead I pretended I was OK as I didn't want to look even more daft but OMG it hurt

Went out shopping today and dropped $350! I got 8 shirts, a dress, 3 bras and Clinique moisturizing lotion. I guess that is not too bad but now I am having buyers remorse. Why did I have to grow up and start caring about being responsible with my money?

Yay on the shopping! I know how you feel about buyers remorse though. I do that every single time I shop and see my bank account get drained of money. LOL

Up way too early for a Saturday, but we'll miss "rope drop" regardless. This is not one of the closer places, but they open at 8:30 on weekends, and that just wasn't happening. I hope we'll get there by 9:15 and be on the slopes soon after. Even though we don't rent anymore, it still takes a while to get all the gear up to the building and on our bodies.

Anyway... I'll maybe stop back in later, but we will likely not be home until after dinner.

No plans for us though. I do need to head to the store to pick up snack for Lindsey's class this week. Each week they do a different letter and ours is the letter 'Z'. Lindsey says she wants to take in fried zuchinni. I'm sure the kids will just LOVE that one. I might make some for her to take in but then get zebra cakes or Zingers to take in as well. Any other Z food ideas?

Other than that its our normal clean toy room and do laundry kind of day.

Not going to be home today and tomorrow.. time change.. Sarabeth is performing with the entire Dance group in Church.. SS Class Picnic, tidy house for Home evaluation/Inspection Monday.. But Tue.. I can play for a while.. I am really going to need that Cortisone shot by the time Tuesday gets here.

Well Waldo landed himself back in the ER last night. I don't know the details 'cause well.... I went back to bed. I know, bad daughter. I'll post more when they wake up.

My SIL and DNephs are coming over later this afternoon so I can do my SIL's hair. They always bring dinner as payment, so at least I don't have to deal with that.

Our first cookie booth is tomorrow - so I've got to make posters, etc for that. Maddie is so excited.

Gonna go try to find Kat on Animal Crossing this morning. Hey Mary - did you get AC yet??
