I plan on reading a book and watching the movie The Other Boeylyn Girl while he's gone.

Good movie! :thumbsup2

:scared1: Yikes! Does anyone else see the ad for Universal's Halloween thing? It's at the bottom of the page and it's so scary!!! I don't like it! I wish they'd take it off. :mad: :guilty:

Mitch loves HHN! So far I've been able to get out of going with him, but I think I'm stuck this year. :eek:

Thanks, and I DID do the dance for my first. Of course, being twins, it was the second, too, but I think I get the MOTY. :lmao:

it was just crazy!!! i worked in icu and i like the critical cases so i stayed with the full arrest. she actually made it (which is probably not a good thing , since quality of life will prob not come back).

Wow, that IS crazy. You are fantastic. :goodvibes

No.... Dawn HAS a Tattoo... but will not show it... she will not fork over a "Preferred Picture" either... so I have had to get my picture by other means:rolleyes1

I have a picture of Flat Dawn, but sadly, not the tattoo... :rolleyes1

Good Morning Fockers! Well today was my baby girls first day of Kindy. I cried. She cried.

Good morning, Rosie! Have a great day.

::yes:: I do this all the time with my Netflix. I get "girl movies" only when D's out.

I'm planning some Focker stalking adventures over the next couple months... stay tuned! :cool2:

Oooh, coming to NH? :hug:

Also- I don't know if I saved B's life, but she was choking on a grape once and I tried swiping it out of her mouth and slapping her back but it wouldn't come out. I even picked up the phone to call 911, but dialed 991 becuase I was in such a panic. I finally grabbed her and ran next door b/c I knew my neighbor was home and she could help me. I ran in her door carrying Baylie and screaming, "Tina! Help me!" Right then B threw up all over Tina's new house's carpet. I'm glad she didn't choke, and I let Tina borrow my carpet cleaner. :rolleyes1

OK, because she's OK, can I laugh at the carpet thing? ;)

Good Morning!!! gotta get my butt in gear! Today is my appt with Annies K teacher. she likes to meet with the parents separately to learn more about your child.

Now, that is really nice. I know we're in the same school as last year, but I got relatively NO information about how lunch money, snacks, etc. were going to work. :headache: They brought home a bit of info yesterday, but not much.

********************
QOTD: I don't think so, but I donate blood somewhat often. ;)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
First, my mom's bloodwork is back to normal! :cool1: They know that it wasn't a "false positive" the other day, but the sepsis level may have not really been as high as they thought. She may go home today, but more likely tomorrow.
D is home today - goes back on a day trip tomorrow - but he was going to try to do some work. We've been just hanging out all morning. I have no plans for today.
It's nice out today!
I'll check back later!
Pshew.
Happy DEB Day!!!!!
Well, we're not doing anything today. It's a definite lie around the house day (probably the last one in awhile).
I was going to watch my boys (if you have to ask, look at my avatar) in their last preseason game tonight, but I just read that none of them are actually going to be playing. Peyton is still on the mend from knee surgery and my favorite player, Jeff Saturday, got hurt on Sunday and is trying to decide whether to have surgery or just sit out six weeks before playing. :sad1: I'm just hoping that someone will be ready for opening day!:confused3
Anyway, I hope everyone has a great day!
For Pete's sake. I think Jesus is spanking me!
OMWord Deb. Ummmm...don't buy any lottery tickets until your streak is over.
Wait, it gets worse... and I've always liked the Dark Side best! :eek: :rotfl: I've got a "Join the Dark Side" sticker I keep forgetting to put on my car. ;)
Are you sure you didn't give birth to Jon???
Jon loooooves the Dork Side...excuse me...the Dark Side.
When he was little...his favorite movie was "The Wild Thornberry's." Anyone remember that show??? There was a very good message in the movie about protecting our earth and wildlife. Jon's favorite characters in the movie???
The poachers. :sad2:
Guess who just caught a good wave of WI/FI on her IPhone? :rotfl2: Ly/Mi
OMG...:lmao: :lmao:
Question of the day: Have you ever saved someone's life?
Hmmmm...twice.
Once...when Jon was 4...he choked on a life saver's cream saver candy. I was trained in first aid...and couldn't dislodge it. While I was attempting the heimlich maneuver, my brother called 911. Jon passed out while I was holding him. I popped that sucker out while he was unconscious. Right before the paramedics showed up.
The second time was last year. I was working with a 9-year-old boy at a speech clinic. He has a severe and progressive form of Muscular Dystrophy...which is fatal by the time they are teens. One of the things we were working on was oral motor, and feeding. I gave him a candy as a reward...a candy he had every time he came...a smartie. One smartie. And he sort of inhaled it.
This kid was in a wheelchair and weighed at least 175 pounds...big, short, and round. I did the heimlich maneuver on him as well. Poppled that sucker out real quick like. And I got a kiss on the cheeck. Needless to say...no more smarties for that kid.
OH...I thought of a 3rd time. I let Jon live when he gives me attitude. So, that's life-saving moment 3 through 152.
You're a life-savah!!! :worship: :worship:
That counts darlin! You saved her life!
V---when are you going in October??? :confused3
Well Fockers, I am B-O-R-E-D! I'm sick of watching kid shows on TV. DR and I have cleaned the kitchen and toy room. Did a load of laundy and about to do another. We went to the grocery store for the things we need for the garage sale but forgot to get dinner items. :headache: I guess we could walk down to the little grocery store at the end of the block for those things. Chilli is sounding really good at this moment. (Thanks Katt!) Maybe all get some ice cream and the fixings as well and we can do back to school sundaes with dinner.
OK...off to get mine and DR's shoes on and get busy with the walking.
10/31-11/2
And maybe a day trip earlier to find some Fockers! ;)
Nutso. We have a 4-day weekend in Oct...the 10th-13th...and I'm thinking of going them. For a quickie. The kind of quickie that I can get behind. :confused3 The motha bought into some sort of vacation discount club and it has great deals on Disney.
I was going to say yes, but now that I see you're telling Katt about pictures... no. :snooty:
I forgot to say B was only 2 or so. It wasn't, like, yesterday. :rolleyes:
Motha is good for something. Since she's so broke she can't help pay her agreed portion of the last trip, she won't be going this time, right? ;)
