O.k...

It is definitely Fallish weather been rainy all week.. cooler temps... so I popped a Beef Roast in the Oven at 12:00... YES The OVEN...
I know they work well in the Crock Pot... BUT... there is just something about that Old timey oven taste..and you go to get a piece and it just surrenders and falls apart from your fork... no knives necessary... use some of the Liquid... make some gravy... Gravy needs mashed potatoes.. or Mashed Cauliflower that looks like Mashed potatoes for low carb people( aka Scott)

Anybody hungry yet ???

Looks like everyone's been busy today. Not much chatter. And that's okay, because I can only sit at the desk for a little while at a time. It's about time to take another pain pill, but I'm trying to stay off the good stuff until bedtime. It's making me a bit loopy. I've got fuzzy brain (not unlike V's fuzzy math).

I'm baaaack! OMG, we had such a fun time at DLR. It was completely empty. We made rope drop - at 10am! We only stayed for 1 hour & 45 mins, but in that short time we rode - BTMRR, Indy, POTC, Buzz and Space Mtn. (the good one).

Then we went to DTD and had lunch at ESPN Zone. Since we were soooo close to the DVC center, Andy ... YES, Andy suggested we go check out the new GCV's mock ups. OMG! I have but 1 word for them:
