You have got to make sure the furbaby is taken care of :rotfl: . I will make Ip-Dip arrangements when I drop him off next Wednesday. Well I will make those arrangements, the ones for November, and maybe the Christmas ones if I can get the dates out of Bill's mom. She is wanting to add another day in December. We are never going to be home ;).

OK, now that I got that out of my system.

Mel - Tell Gus Happy Birthday!
Jodi - I hope you get better soon.
Hi to every one else.

I'm hoping that Doug and I will luck out while at WDW. We'll be arriving just after Hanna and then there should be a few days before Ike. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Doug had a couple of rough days last week towards the end of his chemo treatments. We think most of it was actually caused by the anti-seizure meds. And ladies you now how you feel when you are not regular in the toilet department, now my DH knows. His poop schedule got all messed up. They told us constipation is a side effect of the Temodar. I told him to take some of my laxitive. He refused until the next morning. Now he's fine - MEN.:sad2:
I will try to keep up the next 4 days. Then I'm outta here fur a spell!!

Kristel, I will keep you and Doug in my thoughts!! Chemo sucks.

I hope you, all the DISers and Enchanted people dodge all the hurricane issues while at our happy place. I will be watching the Weather Channel obsessively.

/
Kristel, fingers crossed for you!

Well. He's off. Sd left on the bus about 10 minutes ago. He seemed fine so I'm just going to hope he stays that way. No problems at all for the last 2 days or so. Last night I was worried as he complained that his throat was "hard to clear" but then he slept and that was that.

Today is Gus' first day too. He's still sleeping. I figured he would like to sleep as long as possible if he had to start school on his Bday! Poor kid! :rotfl:

Mom's pancakes were DELISH. Today we are making banana bread and Gus' cake. Then kids will be home for lunch.

Good luck to all the little kiddos starting K and Pre-K and Preschool and regular school!! And good luck to all the mommies too! Get your tissues out.

MEL:love:

Mel - enjoy your first half day with no kids! Have a great morning with your mom! I hope all goes well for both SD and Gus!

I'm just waiting until 8am to try to call the doctor. Not sure when they open, but I figure 8 is a good guess. I was able to sleep all night in my own bed last night! I used a pillow under my belly and that helped a lot! Also, I took an Advil before bed last night and I'm not in pain this morning either! So, things are definitely looking up!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Morning! Just checking in before work--Daran took BA, and Ab's BF took her to school so I got to eat breakfast! :thumbsup2

Good luck to anyone starting school today! And new moms at this--------you'll grow to love it quickly......trust me! :lmao:

..........and y'all are confusing me with "Tracy"---do we have another one cause I don't think you mean me or T.......let me know...it IS the coolest name! :snooty:

Thanks Jodi! I hope you have a comfortable day! Good luck with the Dr. :goodvibes

Yeah, TE, you're right. It's an adjustment, but it's GOOD!

MEL

Happy Birthday Gus

mickeymousehappybirthday.gif

I'm here. I'm helping Jo pick out some new trampoline music. ;)
:rotfl2:

WOO hoo, I'm having a little party here - Gramma's gone, Leo's gone, I've updated my TR (read: ready to start the FockerFest ssection next!) and I've got a Heineken in-hand!
Sounded like fun :thumbsup2

So I slept all day today. Guess I was more tired than I thought.
You obviously needed it :hug:

Feel better Jess
She does, thanks :goodvibes

PROUD MOMMY MOMENT

My parents sent a birthday card home with us for Jimmy's birthday. When he opened it, there was $ in there. My well trained little man said "Mommy, daddy look it's money. I am putting that right in my bank for DIsney World:hug:
Awwww what a cutie :goodvibes

Poor Jess! Jo I never did get to tell you what a fun time I had with your girls! They are so sweet! In fact I really can't get over how well behaved all the focker kids were! And never have a bunch of cuter kids been assembled!
Kat you're so sweet, thanks :goodvibes

S'late came on TFW and posted that she found a duck in the TL wave pool, but it was in the middle of a lot of chatter too and no one caught it. :confused3
Wow, I did totally miss that, I can vaguely remember her posting that but I didn't connect it to you :rotfl2:

I can see the bouncing Mickey in my siggy, it isn't showing up in the boards :confused3 ?
I can see it :thumbsup2

45 more days!!! :cool1: 15 more days until I get the Disney documents!!! :banana: I love getting those!!! I take a big sniff of the plastic folder...yum!!!
(am I the only one who does this?) :rolleyes1
Errrr just you :rotfl2:

Ithink I'll steal that line "Ican't see the bouncing Micking in my siggie , Hello anybody believe me ??:rotfl2: :rotfl2:
No :rotfl2: I can fix it for you again if you want!

How did it go????

We've been shopping this morning, my baby (Jess) needed to be fitted for a bra, shhhhh she'd kill me if she knew I posted, well it seems she's taking after me as she is already measuring as a 34B :eek: We also got her a new school coat. It's also absolutely pouring here or tipping it down ;) :rotfl2:

Oh and the baby birds almost look ready to fly :thumbsup2

Jo: Gus said thanks! He's all ready to go to school. We leave in a minute!

(We won't tell Jess you told us.....but awwwww. She's a big girl now!)

MEL:thumbsup2

Good morning Fockers! I just got Linds off to school and it's just DR and I today. He goes to preschool tomorrow afternoon and I will have 2 wonderful quiet hours to myself! I am soooooooooo looking foward to it!!!!:cool1:

Not much else for us to do today other than clean and laundry. I have a mountain of clothes in the laundry room and it seems to be growing larger and larger by the minute. :eek: How can 2 small kids wear so many things???

MrsKSomeday is also a Tracy. She's the one Ed was talking about.

How did it go????

Well, just got off the phone. My doc's nurse isn't in today, so I had to be routed through another nurse and I left a voicemail. Hopefully she'll call me back quickly and I can get in today. I hate waiting by the phone.

Wow! Your baby is growing up! Does it make you sad that she's not a little girl anymore? I get a little misty-eyed everytime my DD7 moves up another size in clothes because the clothes get less cute and more "adult". I want her to stay an innocent little girl!

Mel and others who's first day of school is today -- ENJOY YOUR FREEDOM!!! My freedom begins tomorrow when DD4 goes to preschool! :banana:

How are you doing Dawn..did you get the cable thing worked out yet? :scared:
Not yet. You reminded me to call. It's just now 8, so I'm hoping they're open now. I'm calling again.

Well Doggies! I leave for a day and ya'll turned Redneck on me!

Hey! :mad: How'd that guy get a pair of my panties?! And he took my favorite orange ones!!! :mad: :lmao:

With how well Advil is managing your pain, I wonder if the cyst ruptured already and your healing up now. :confused3 Can they do another sonogram before they do surgery just to be sure?

Now I'm thinking I should get B measured. Sometimes it looks like her bras don't fit right. She'd kill me too, so shhhhhhh... :rolleyes:

I know it's my day, but I just got off the phone withthe cable company and they have no idea what I'm talking about and there's no appt on the books. They are doing some reseach and I'm calling the police. :sad1: This is so scary!!! I'll check in after I call the police. :guilty:

I've got an appointment for 2:30 this afternoon with my doc. I'll be sure to ask about that. I can still feel something down there but it's just not painful like on Friday. It's uncomfortable, but not what I'd call pain, KWIM? Maybe I just have a high pain threshhold.

That is scary, Dawn. :scared1: Make sure you lock the house up tight and not open the door to anyone without proper ID (like a badge!). What time did they set the appointment for?

There is Gus on his first day! He's getting so big! Sniff, sniff.... :goodvibes

Thought I'd share how cute he is.

I'm sorry. :hug:

Yay! Mel, I just had a thought... how's his breathing before and during his panic attacks? The throat-clearing comment got me thinking that when I have an asthma attack, it feels a lot like a panic attack as my body tries to make up for the lack of oxygen. Just a thought to throw out there.

Today is Gus' first day too. He's still sleeping. I figured he would like to sleep as long as possible if he had to start school on his Bday! Poor kid! :rotfl:

Yikes! Keep us posted and be safe!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Nothing new to report this morning. I only made it back one page, so let me know if I missed anything critical.
V: That's actually really helpful, thanks! I am going to call the ped. today and discuss all of this with him before our physical appt. on next Wed. (I figured that would stress SD out if we talked about it too much with him there..) I plan on mentioning your suggestion to him, also the endocrinologist (as Z suggested) for hormonal testing, and also talk about what the psychologist has said so far.
I think that anything they can check out will help!
