You gotta sound tougher than that! Get out those handcuffs!
I always have a spare key... "Deputy Dawg" there has a habit of wearing the cuffs and losing her key.. quite embarassing.. but funny.
Her bullet is in her pocket.. even if Carrie Spikes my drink again I can still get the draw on her. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Ok...now I'm gonna get the OTHER sheriff after you!

Uh this is Mayberry here... WE ARE IT !!!!!:lmao: :lmao:

But my favorite will ALWAYS be "I LOVE YOU".. Nope... not said to me, said to his NEW BORN BABY SISTER on his first visit to see her in the hospital. He had just turned 4.. and it was not said correctly,( sounded like "I ya you") but I JUST CRIED.. and YES CAMCORDER WAS RUNNING.
Ok, now I'm all verklempt.

I've got my GG order ready to go. Does anyone know how they handle delivery? We are not arriving until late evening (about 7 or 8) Do they send it early and have them refridge it? Just not sure, we've never used it.

Mel
GG will send your order at the window time you choose. If your room is not ready, they will leave it at bell services and items that need refridgeration will be. I love GG and I am using them again in August. :thumbsup2
Good thing his dad doesn't work. :rotfl2:
:rolleyes1
Going through the closets.. looks like both kids will need someTank tops for Disney. Can't they just stop all this growing?? :worried: Last year the shirts were big on them ... this year.. too short or too tight.:headache:
Guess I had better go looking today or early next week for shirts.
Target has tanks for kids for $3 this week. :goodvibes

HSM - Baylie made the dance team.

OMG what a terrible day, my company just laid off 10% of the work force. (I was told late last night and hardly slept, by 4 am I was up cleaning) My new and old departments didn't take a hit, but so many others that I knew did:worried: I have lived through other layoffs at other companies but it is still just awful and considering the economic outlook I feel so bad for these people. From what I understand the packages weren't good at all either.

I just can't wait to get out of here today.

Today was the last day of the school year for my boys. :yay: They'll still do stuff over the summer, but we are more flexible until August. Now to clean out the school room and closet and start thinking about next year. Dawn, do you school year round or stick to the 180 days?
We've always done 36-40 weeks, but this year, I'm trying something new. I switched to Tapestry of Grace, and since I was so excited to start, I started in April. Now, we're on week 6, and we'll be doing it all through the summer. We'll also be doing math 2 days a week all summer. I have found if there's anything that's relaly hard to catch up on if we are sick or go on a field trip , it's those two subjects. So, now when our full school year starts in late August, we'll be ahead on both of those.
We only do a four day week (PE, etc is on Friday) and because we'll be ahead when we go on a field trip or to the symphony, we can take the day off instead of stressing about getting everything done. What about you? What curricula do you use and how do you fit it all in with out going mad?

Don't worry Kate.. they have to get through me... Because...

Fockers... V and Company....

I HAVE NEVER WATCHED THE SHOW EITHER
Me neither. :duck:

That's a shame. I hope that doesn't keep Baylie from sticking with it:thumbsup2
There's no way that would slow her down at all. It's her "thing". She loves it. She has plenty of other friends on the team already, so she'll still have lots of fun. :woohoo:

Just so everyone knows. Jo is alive and well. Can't DIs from her dad's, but she did send me an email. She said she will be home tomorrow.:thumbsup2
Good! I miss me some Jo. Of course, she's been calling me nightly so we can chat and giggle like school girl friends.
Take that, Janet!!! :lmao:

That is just wonderful, Rachel!!!!

CE- I read the whole thing too, and I'm appalled by the behavior of both the dad and the kid! :scared1: What a shame they are promoting that lack of respect for others. :worried:

I've just done a quick skim through and wooohooo to Baylie, I once dressed up as a smurf for a parade, blue face and everything :rotfl:

CE definitely take sneakers or some sort of walking shoes to Paris, David and I walked miles and miles when we visited!

Congrats Baylie!!!!!

Ab has cheer tryouts today and she was nervous-- she wants to make both fall and winter squads this year.
I hope it went well! :hyper: When does she find out?

I haven't it either. And I haven't seen American Idol, Dancing With the Stars or The Bachelor.
