Oh boy CE!! Just read your dilema! :faint: I dont know what to tell you but good luck! can you send R an e-mail with a read request reciept. ( think thats what its called) I had already read about the phone # issue..

Today, Baby Girl and I went to Ham Boy's field day. It was a lot of fun. When it was over, I took her to McDonald's. I got a free Chicken Sandwich and she got a happy meal and played. Then we went home and she has been napping ever since.:thumbsup2

Ham Boy got home and fell asleep. I love this quiet time.

Shoot!! I forgot about the free chicken sandwiches!!!
Thats sooo cool that we know who owned the mystery LGMH at Disney a couple weeks ago!! :goodvibes

I think our crayon factory tour is going to wait until Jimmy is done school for the summer, but Katt I showed him that video last night and he was fascinated...thanks for the link:thumbsup2
Sounds fun!
Hey Miz - we found the backpack!!! Laura - yep, Miz Diz posts here fairly regularly :thumbsup2

Good News: winds have shifted and smoke is gone! :yay:

Bad News: winds from the Gulf are bringing a cold front this weekend. Cold front = rain on my WDW weekend. :sad2:
She pm'd me!

It was really cold here yesterday and overcast. During field day, some of the activities were wet. Normally, May should be HOT in GA. One little girl cried when she got wet because she was so cold.

Oh, and I thought of one more thing in my saga...

I would just call R myself. However, we're really friendly but not really close - I don't have her phone number. :rotfl: They're fantastically well off and therefore unlisted, and I'd have to call MIL to get R's number. :rotfl2: Since I'm trying to do a bit of an end run around MIL... :rolleyes1 :lmao:
I would call mil and get the number and still call R. If R thinks you were involved with making changes to their schedule, it could cause some hard feelings.
She's better. Still in pain, but not crying anymore. Thanks for asking. :goodvibes
Glad to hear dd is doing better.

We have a busy day today: hair cuts, groceries, and C's first sleepover party. I'm going to be so sad while she's gone. She's my baby! :sad1: They are going to the beauty school to get their hair done, then a show in town and then sleepover. She'll have so much fun! But I'll miss her... :guilty:

We are letting ds invite 3 boys over to spend the night when school gets out. I'm hoping I won't regret this.

I watch Grey's Anatomy, but I'm not a fan either. :rolleyes1

What's everyone up to this weekend? I think we're going swimming at Schlitterbahn (we bought season passes) with friends, and have family coming in town Sunday to celebrate B and FIL's Bdays with a big dinner. It should be nice. :cutie:

Glad some things are improving.

"Schlitterbahn" ...I saw a feature on it and it's water park several months ago .. LOOKS FANTASTIC.. made me want to visit.. but need some other reasons to visit Texas other than just the water park. I can't remember what water ride they featured as being one of the best in the country.

Shoot!! I forgot about the free chicken sandwiches!!!

Me to !!! Grrrrr where is a "Wayback" Machine when you need one.

Mel - I am so jealous of DH getting to go parasailing, that is on my to do list!

It is? Mo, you must be very brave! It's not on mine! :scared1:

I was wondering if anyone here knows of a Miss Dis or the like? I tried a search and came up with too many possibilities.

Reason being is that I lent my backpack to a friend a couple of weeks ago for her trip to WDW. The pack has my DIS name and LGMH's on it, a Miss Dis(?) saw it and said to say "hi", so I was just wondering if she is around.

Thanks for the help. :goodvibes

HEY LAURA! That's too cool that you tracked her down!

MEL:banana:

CE: Wow that's a lot of stuff. It's like a Three's Company episode. I agree with Miz Diz and try to get R's number and just give her a call. :confused3

i'm a nurse , worke 8p-8a in an er. i still have internet access at work, thank god!! esp when i'm in triage and it's slow..

miami is too expensive for me.. we were looking around tampa. colorado is nice too. but it's too cold for me!!! that's the same thing she said about miami.. people suck. :rotfl2:

Cool! Yes I know those slow nights way to well.

Miami is sooo expensive and the pay sucks. The cost of living is pricey, but companies don't pay so one can live comfortably. It's really bad. That's one of the main reasons it has the highest foreclosures and home turn over rate. People just can't afford to live here. You're considered lucky if you own a home because most people end up renting their entire lives. Tampa's very nice and V (PrincessV) lives near there. Plus it's closer to Disney. ;)

Z - I never see you anymore:sad2:

I know :guilty: I try. I've been pretty good this week. Let's see how that continues. :upsidedow Hope your day gets better Janet

I never knew that Z!

I'm a mountain girl at heart! :goodvibes But I do love me the beach. :beach:

What's everyone up to this weekend?

Work as usual. :guilty:

okay , finished watching lost!! ahhh, i want more! i won't spoil it for you jo, but you know how they alway end with ............... you wanting the next episode now!!! tomorrow is my golf outing, can't wait!!! hopefully i'll have some interesting stories tomorrow evening.
Ack!!!! I fell asleep about 10 minutes before the ending!!! I MUST KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!!

Hi! :wave2: You're looking for MizDiz and she posts here. We heard all about your friend, like Janet said a few pages back. :goodvibes
Thanks for listening. :grouphug:
Wish I had some words of wisdom, sorry sweetie! But here's a
Well darn - there goes my swimming at your house - I'm allergic to salt water! :rotfl:
This is the system that is the same pH as human tears - you might not be. :teeth:
I occurs to me that we've had a lot of new Fockers join in since last summer.... steel yourselves - T and I will commence Heat Complaints R Us in T-minus 3ish days. Bringing the kivetch form coast to coast we are. :rotfl2:
::yes::

Not here, but I've "talked" wiht her via email a few times recently. She's okay, just busy! :thumbsup2
That's good - if you "talk" to her again, say "Hi" for me! :goodvibes

Count me out. No trips to Cali since T's using salt water in the pool. :rotfl2:

Bummer - it's 7:30 am here and already hotter than Hades!

Glad to hear she's doing a bit better.

I've got nothing going on here this weekend. Maddie wants to see Prince Caspian, but Evan doesn't. Don't know what to do about that, as he'll be upset if I take Maddie and leave with Waldo. Andy has to work all weekend, so I"m on my own. There's also a carnival in the next town over I"m considering. :confused3
Happy Friday Fockers! :goodvibes

Ouch! That's not good. Has she used something different on her head? Could be dry spots that she scratched and got infected, KWIM? I'd put antibiotic ointment and keep my eye on it for the next day or 2.
They seemed better this morning, will still keep an eye on them though!

Hey, I was just thinking... has anyone seen Michelle? :confused3
Brenna still e-mails Jess so I know they're OK, still miss her though!

My mom called me yesterday and said, "Hey, Debbie. I mean Sherrie. I mean Michelle."

I said, "Mom, this is Mary. You called me and you can't get my name right?" :rotfl2:
:rotfl2:

I know you do  :rotfl2:

a cotton bud?! :rotfl2: probably be offline shortly, lost is on tonight!!!!:yay:
Yep we call them cotton buds :rotfl2: So Lost was good huh????? I wish weren't 1.5 weeks behind you ( I think that's what we are!)

Why is it when the girl wants the guy, the guy never chooses the girl; but when the guy wants the girl the girl falls for the guy?!?!?
Ugh!!! Of course it's men writing the scripts but c'mon!! That is why I didn't like the end of My Best Friend's Wedding.

Oh Z I loved how you did your spoiler :rotfl2:

I have a family vent, though - and y'all know me - I'm long winded. :rotfl:
You long winded? Never :rotfl2: I was going to say could you phone her, but I see you don't have her number. I totally agree with you that the day is about your DNeph and you should fit in with them rather than the other way around. I like Ed's suggestion of a receipt on the e-mail so at least you know she's read it, is there anyone else other than MIL who could give you her number?

Rachel - Have fun playing golf. We want fun stories like Jo gives us.::thumbsup2
That's a compliment right? :rotfl2:

Good News: winds have shifted and smoke is gone! :yay:

Yay to no smoke, boo to rain at WDW!!!!

Thanks, everyone. (and I think I missed some of your quotes.) :grouphug:

I still don't have a message from either of them this morning, so I may call one of the other stepsisters and get her number. I was thinking that it's a good idea regardless.

OK - funny - phone just rang. MIL.

I just double checked, and though the original message said the graduation is from 11-1 on Monday, it's apparently not until 2:00. There's a reception immediately afterward, but then the dinner ressie is at 6:00 at Legal Seafood. Perfectly acceptable time for the boys, and we love the (casual!!!) restaurant.

But, since the grad is in the afternoon, all we have to do is the dinner, and that makes me happy in regards to kind of forcing MIL to spend time with the graduate instead of us. :rolleyes1 :rotfl:

So, I'm glad that nothing had to be changed, but I still have a kind of bad taste in my mouth over her attitude... :headache:

What is this I see? Epcot in 5/28? I think we have a winner!

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Throw it out there darlin'! We're doing FW today. Whatcha doing??? :confused3

Jen - hi! :wave2:

 Hey girlfriend!

Phew...:lmao:

And people wonder why I'm not married...:rolleyes1

Glad it worked itself out CE.

T - Jimmy keeps telling us he wants to go back to the carnival. He doesn't quite understand that it is not there ALL the time:confused:

Jo - Yes, it was a compliment:hug:

Miz - Glad the backpack mystery has been solved:thumbsup2

Mel - I got your PM..I have Jo rechecking my schedule since she is the keeper of the schedules:thumbsup2

I must be in line for that Mother of the Year award that LL keeps trying to win. I felt no guilt when Jimmy slept overnight at his friends house. :confused3

I never feel guilty Janet, my girls love going on sleepovers :thumbsup2

I have a family vent
 I have no advice, I'm afriad - I simply avoid my family like the plague to avoid such siutations! :rotfl2:

CE - Stop posting at the same time as me:headache: ;)
Ditto for both of you! :rotfl:
This is the system that is the same pH as human tears - you might not be. :teeth:
You're gonna love this.... I'm allergic to my own tears and my own sweat! Yep, it's the iodine I'm actually allergic to. So if I don't wipe the tears/sweat off quickly, I start breaking out in hives. :sad2: Taking Zyrtec daily helps a LOT, but summer sucks.

They seemed better this morning, will still keep an eye on them though!
Glad to hear it - I was coming back to ask! :goodvibes

Thanks, it's worked out, but I'm still just irritated by the whole thing.

Oh, V... I can't believe that! (I mean, I can, but really... :rotfl: )

I feel like a one B-O-O-B'ed woman with triplets today:lmao:
Trying to clean out the linen closet, freeze some extra ice( to make homemade icecream tomorrow), and watch Jo's Posts keep going up and up;)
I also need a shower.. have not gotten that done yet. And the wind is blowing here so everybody switch your positioning :rotfl2:

Anywho..

Got to start making my list of stuff to locate and buy before the big trip. I have a Little Green "Croc" ( no S'late.. not those kind of croc's ) coming with us on our Disney trip. "Flower" will be riding the rides and going to the BBB.
She should be here in a few days. She will keep our "Pal Mickey" company.

Hi all---
just talked to mom and he had a good night and got a shower this morning so that was good news. The specialist has talked to him and remarked that he looked well, but is now reviewing the chart. They have to figure out how contagious he is (in isolation now) and I guess they'll tell us how much risk we have since we were exposed.
The tests should be back tomorrow nite to know for sure what he has, but the antibiotics are working so that's good.

Trying to get my house picked up some today since I've been out all week--it's kinda scary looking.

and watch Jo's Posts keep going up and up;)

Contagious???? Isn't Hepatitus only contagious through blood? Sounds as though he's getting better though

We've just had our new window quote and it's about $4,000 LESS than we thought it would be wooohoooo :yay:
