Morning Fockers!! Just wanted to say hi and hope you all have a great day!!!
Hi!
Good philosophy... however I do not have THAT MUCH MONEY :lmao: :lmao: :rotfl2:
:lmao:
::

So, 6 is interesting so far: Leo was in a MOOD when I picked him up yesterday. And it wasn't a good mood. :headache: I think he's pretty well over the whole celebratory thing. He told us not to sing and said he doesn't want a lot of poepl at his party tomorrow. But this morning, he was all hugs and affection. :confused3
Poor Leo! Glad he woke up in a better mood. My dd is moody, too. I keep saying that one day she will make some man very miserable.:rotfl2:

Well Fockers, I got some sad news when I got home from work this morning. My dad called to let us know that our grandpa passed away last night. :sad1: He has been very sick for a long time so it was not unexpected but it is still very sad. He lived a nice long life though, he was 89 years old. I wish I had known him better but with us always living so far away we rarely got to visit.
Sorry to hear about your grandpa, Lessa!:grouphug:

Tonight the girls and I are going to a Body Shop Party, it was meant to be just me till the girls found out some of their friends were going :headache: So much for my girls night out, well I suppose it still is as I'm going out with my girls :rotfl:
I love the Body Shop! I was actually a consultant for about 4 months, but didn't like giving the parties. Well, the parties were fun, I didn't like the whole sales thing. Then I got pregnant with Baby Girl and was too sick to do any parties.

Distance is tough... we have one parent still alive. Only 5 hours away and we do not see him much either. Kids hardly know their only grandparent.

Hi :wave2:

Wow that sounds amazing Katt but a bit scary too, her singing I mean, what a lovely poem :goodvibes

That was Mom... Everybody started crying when the music began.. then she began to sing. The poem was much longer.. that's just the only part that I can remember .

Tonight the girls and I are going to a Body Shop Party,

 Uh... that sounds like something the "GUYS" would be doing .
Seriously... it sounds like a "Tupperwear Party" "Pampered Chef" etc..for guys

"Here Ted.. just feel the strength in this 30 guage steel high powered
"Benson Torc Wrench".. "You just can not get quality like this over at Sears.. and it comes with a padded carrying case in assorted colors... and today.... you can get a free set of "Thrush" Shocks... if you will agree to book a "Bodyshop Party" at your Garage. Plus your Usual " Shop Warming gift" the 5 gallon drum of "Bondo" :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

That's a reason I hate going to parties as you feel obliged to buy!!!!

Yup, June 7th, Waldo turns 73?

:rotfl2: :rotfl2:
He looks great for his age, I wouldnt have guessed 73:goodvibes

I think I walked away with an A by comparison. We have our final on Monday, then our last modular starts on Tuesday... then it's 4 weeks until I'm finished!!! :woohoo:
:thumbsup2 Great T
So, the t-ball game was possibly the funniest thing I've ever seen. :lmao:

I don't know that I had ever attended one before - we didn't have t-ball when I was little, we just started softball or Little League in 2nd grade, and we live too far from nieces or nephews or whatnot.
I love going to Happys games.P is coaching his team and its nonstop laughing.
Do you have the same crazy rules in little leauge we have here.....no strikeouts, batter get to bat until ball is hit,no throwing out at 1st.:confused3

Quieter, anyway. It took him forever to fall asleep, but no tantrum:thumbsup2
great:thumbsup2

Sunday, if the weather is nice, we are going to hit the zoo. They are having a special Mother's Day celebration and they have an extra magic hour for members only so we can get in early and be on our way out by the time everyone else is heading in:thumbsup2
sounds like a great day
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

Well it is chucking down here like crazy all day. Happy has a playdate over and guess what???......Im still doing:laundy: :rotfl2: It chilly too 49 today. P says he is coming home early today and its pizza/movie night at our house. Not sure what we will watch. I want to see Superbad but its NOT kid appropriate. Oh we saw Iron Man the other day and Happy(5 will be 6 in June) LOVED it.Bashful(2) had no use for it. P and I thought it was good. I have to say Robert Downey Jr was looking pretty good and I love Gweneth Paltrow so I thought she was good too.
plan to be on today and later but just in case

Happy Mothers Day to everyone and hope you have a great relaxing day.

Hi Jo

I had a post yesterday but with had a power outage so lost it all.Never got around to re-doing it.

In Short.. My Mom planned her funeral.. dictated the scripture, WROTE things to be said.. and SANG at her Funeral... Now I admit that was different and weird.. casket is open.. Mom is laying there... and her accordian starts playing and she begins to sing.

She also wrote a poem that ended something like this..." so ring the bells for me as I leave this world.. and as their tones rise..let their melodious song carry me upward and onward away from this world to my Heavenly Home. Where they will ring the bells to welcome me home."
At that point, Sarabeth ( age 4) Joshua (age 8) and myself began to ring bells
then the church bells began to ring... then those in attendance that were asked to bring a handbell also began to ring theirs. All directed by Mom's wishes. Sara was cute... she started it.. walked up front.. faced the crowd and began to ring. ( that was not planned... she just did it.)
It was so cute and innocent. There is a LOT of Mom in her.. THANK GOODNESS.. but there is also a LOT of ME:scared1: .

That sounds really nice! My mothers funeral was disorganized to say the least. None of my family sat together, I had no idea what was going on. Apparently 2 family members (thru marriage) were asked to sing "Amazing Grace". I still have no idea why, my mother was not religious. It was a nice version but now I can't listen to that song anymore. All I remember about afterwards was being told by my grandmother that KC & I were eating too much. needless to say after that was said we hopped on the next available train home!!!

Sneaking in a quick hello! :wave2:
So what did I miss? :upsidedow

HI Z! The most interesting thing that happened with me was the DIS meet from last week....

From L-->R....camelotcats, Beana9802, scottny, me (tan coat), KC, KimAshton, Nicole786

It was a lot of fun! No food tv people sighting but we saw an anchor man from the NY1 channel.

Tonight we are going to Times Square to Dave & Busters for a birthday party. Hopefully it'll be a early night because I'm still tired!!!

Happy Friday!!!!!!!!!

Errrr dole doesn't rhyme with coal you pronounce it doll A (phonetic A) OK :thumbsup2 :rotfl2: And yes S'Late if you're on the dole you're probably a chav!

I just had a phone interview and start a new temp to hire job on Monday.

Does this mean that I am now off the doll?

I didnt know they did parties,I wonder if they do them here in the states?:confused3 Not that I could use the stuff(damn allergies) but it sounds fun and different.
**************************************
Yes, they have them here and they are a lot of fun. You can do a spa pedicure party, a facial party, or a makeup party. The pedicure one is the most fun in my opinion.
What kind of allergies do you have? My friend has chemical sensitivity and The Body Shop products do not bother her. They are natural and do not add chemicals.

A better question is what am I NOT allergic to:rotfl2: .
Basically for Body shop it would be nut issues. So anything will nut oil/extract etc in it is a no no also anything with shea butter. ALSO pineapple too.
They sound fun. I may look into it what a fun thing for the girls to get together for.ALthough I hate having them as I HATE making people think they have to buy stuff.

Quieter, anyway. It took him forever to fall asleep, but no tantrum:thumbsup2

I love watching T-Ball games. They are so funny. The best are usually the outfielders who are picking flowers or grass, watching the birds fly, etc.:lmao:

You forgot "picking" their butts!!:rotfl2:

Yup, they do the plays but no one is ever out, (I think we can throw to 1st, though) and all players bat and play in the field. One of the funnier things was watching 5 kids fighting over fielding the ball.

As I recall, you're definitely upside down twice. I love it, but it's a fairly intense coaster.

Their body butters have Shea butter in them. I would stay away from The Body Shop if I were you.
You forgot "picking" their butts!!:rotfl2:

DH is asst coach on ds's soccer team. Some of the boys put their hands down their pants. Don't know why. The last game, the coach yells to her son who has his hands down his pants, "Go get the ball" because it went off the field. DH looked at her and said, "Oh, you mean that ball."

O.K.. are they short or tall ?? Can it possibly go so fast I do not notice..
Yup I'm just a little bit....
