Hi everyone!

Hope your weekends are going well. It's been a horrid few days for me....

Yesterday I found out that the transfer request I put in for at work never made it out of HR so the supervisors in that department never found out I even wanted to come down to that floor and get trained- then when I get back to my desk the supervisor in that department has emailed me to set up an interview, then 30 minutes after I set the interview up for Tuesday, the job posting comes off of the intranet, so why exactly am I being forced to sit through and interview if the position isn't even open anymore?? Makes no sense to me...

Today I am have to go to a steeple chase race for my husbands work, and I am excited but I am tired and its been a long week and I would rather stay home and get the housework done and play with my puppies. And I have a paper that is due tomorrow and needs 1500 more words added to it.

Welcome to all of the newbies! I'm Jen~ SAHM to a kind, smart and handsome 6 year old little boy who loves Disney likes his mommy (yes I am a bragging mommy)~~~~and I am mommy to a 3 year old girl who is as fast as a pistol and sees with her hands ~ and currently refuses to be quit and not touch the computer screen whist I type ! I often tell stories of things she does~~~in loo of putting her on the street corner with a FREE sign on her.
Really I love them more than life itself.


I am off to scrapbook for the day! I am hoping to get this Disney Trip done at some point. Sooner than later would be my goal. I want to scrap my last 2 trips!

We cleaned our carpets yesterday and got the upstairs done.. now have to do the downstairs and I have laundry to finish.. so I guess my day is busy too

That happens a lot---my family has learned that if I say "Jo has a Samsung TV too"---they automatically know it's Jo from England and not my step-dad Joe!

I have gotten a ton done. Yes,my hair is longer now and I am coloring it today or tomorrow.I am going lighter for the first time.I have only put color in it a few times but always have used red highlights.This grey has got to go.Have fun with Ollie!

Well ,its hard to sit here.I started going to a tanning bed and have burnt my bum. I am watching all the Harry Potter movies whilst I clean and have rented two more movies to watch this afternoon.Then I am going to take the 5 bags of clothes to goodwill.It has been wonderful to go through the kids' clothes without them here.I have even sneaked in a few things of DH's.

Jo~Have a great time with Oliver. Baby proofing can be a hassle...you forget that they will get themselves into just about anything at that age. Is Ben doing better? BTW, what is shorts weather for you?

Ben is much better thanks, still a few places which need to heal. Shorts weather here is basically as soon as the sun comes out No seriously it's been about 65 here today!

I am glad to say do not KNOW anyone who has committed suicide. I will say that MY Dad thought about it a few times. When he was drunk and maybe he and mom had a bad fight...I found him one night outside in the car... with a pistol to his head. But I just can not understand what drives a person to say all hope is lost and I want to end this "miserable existence" as they must be thinking.

I'm still wondering.. I mean I have seen "pictures" but it could all be a polt.. and when "New People show up for the "Focker Fest" they are kidnapped and never heard from again.. That sounds like a movie..

"Small World, Haunted Mansion, Hall of Presidents, Pirates of the Carribean..or the "characters themselves that are in costume" ALL TRAPPED !!! We've had a lovely day with DSis and Ollie, we went for a walk to see some donkeys, he called the quack quack, he looked at the girls rabbits and said quack quack We then played in the garden it was lovely

Hello Fockers!

I would have quoted but I'm on the carpy laptop (KC works from home) and it takes FOREVER!

So to keep myself busy I'm cooking all day...fun huh? I enjoy cooking when I can do it at my own pace. I'm making homemade sauce for baked ziti tonight and then I'm making oatmeal/cranberry/raisin cookies. At least th ziti will make it so I don't have to cook for the rest of the weekend...I can't see making small portions when its that much work!

I borrowed a bunch of books from camelotcats (thanks soooo much) so I wanna just relax and read after all the cooking! KC can clean the darn house!

Sorry about your burnt buns, Amy. I did that once and couldn't even put unders on for about a week. The tanning place girl told me to set the timer for 15 mins. My extremities look tan, but my "other places" are pretty fair for a brown person. Well, needless to say I burnt my buns too! Ouch!

Tanning beds--Ab has been going this week as she has her high school beauty pageant next Sat. Remember, we are whiter than sour cream (that's from some song......White and Nerdie, I think! ). Anyway, they started her at 5 min......then 8........then 12 yesterday and her ****s got burnt. She was really itching last nite and I bought her solarcaine. Anything else she can do? (Luckily she had on undies!)



AND MY FURNITURE IS HERE!!!! THE SOFA, LOVESEAT AND CHAIR PART ANYWAY!

Do y'all say sofa or couch? I say both, I think....
