I have done my day 2 workout and managed, even though when I go to sit down, my rear end hurts. :rotfl2:
Between you and V I think I just might have enough peer pressure to start working out myself.

Good Morning, Fockers!
The Wii Active is brutal, I tell ya! :headache:
You too?

Can't wait to see pics of your new kitchen.

Caveat: it wasn't just the Active - I've also totally rehashed my diet. But no other exercise, short of my years in the ballet, toned me like this. :thumbsup2
Oh  I didn't know that diet was involved

I went to Target at lunch today and the funniest thing happened (T you'll love this story)
:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Oh no!

Well this has been one crazy week and it is only Thursday. First. This is what we did to my boss's office this morning:

office.jpg

We replaced his model aircrafts with toys, replaced all his pens with crayons, replaced his phone with the toy phone, and everything else you see in the photo. Somehow I got blamed for it all.

He is leaving tomorrow and I hate leaving on a bad note but we got into a huge argument on wednesday. But it actually started on Tuesday when they brought in a man to interview for his job. We are all sitting around the conference table just conferring when out of the blue my manager says "Debra goes down to the shop a lot and cries to get her way" He says this not only to my coworkers but to the man who may possibly be my next manager!!! NEedless to say I was

After the interviewee left I had to run home so I didn't get a chance to speak to him. Well after not sleeping well tuesday night because the kids kept us up all night (another story entirely), I came into work on Wednesday even more    I immediately went to him and told him that I was angry because of what he said. He said it was a joke. I said I knew it was a joke, my coworkers probably knew it was a joke but he said it in front of the man who may be my next supervisor when first impressions are vital. I was so upset and knew I needed to cool off. He apologized but I just had to be beside myself for a while so I went to my desk to cool off.'

Later in the day he calls me into his office. He again apologized but then added that we was doing me a favor by telling me this, but he wanted to warn me that if I brought my kids to work with me again I needed to talk to them about what they said. He is referring to a comment Omicron made when he was 5 years old! That was two years ago. I had already apologized for that and thought we were over it. In fact he has brought it up several times and laughed about it. But he brought it up again yesterday to kinda show me that even though he said something wrong he wasn't the only one who ever did that so he is reminding me of what my 5 year old said :headache:

So anyway tomorrow is his last day. I bought him a card a week ago and wrote how I am going to miss him, he has been a great boss, a great friend, etc. But I just don't know if I can give it to him now :sad2:

But at the same time I dont want to burn any bridges so to speak because he is going to work for the FAA and I may *need* him one day for a reference, or soemthing.

Today was just awkward to say the least.

:lmao: You're right Mo! I love it! If those were my kids, I'd have hightailed it out of the store. Of couse, if those were my kids, they'd have received the "evil eye" and the "cut it out before I kill you" look. :teeth:

That's all. Jimmy would have gotten the teacher voice from Jim:lmao:

Today was just awkward to say the least. [/COLOR]

 That was totally inappropriate for him to say. I'm glad he apoligized, but I can see how you would still feel awkward:hug:

remaning other shoppers started clapping:lmao:

Too funny!

:lmao:

How long do you do each workout for?

They seem to vary, but on the "medium" level and doing the 30 day challenges, they seem to run about 25 minutes. I would normally say that is not enough exercise, but my bum would tell a different story. :rotfl:

Had a bit of a mishap with David's birthday cake, not sure whats happened but the butter cream somehow ended up too runny and has literally slipped out of the cake :rotfl2:

Oh, dear. :lmao:

Sad.

I'd have been "hisspering" with the best of Wendy, LL, and you. ;)

Between you and V I think I just might have enough peer pressure to start working out myself.

It feels good, even for feeling bad, if you KWIM. ;)

Today was just awkward to say the least.

Yikes. Sorry.

*******************************************
The boys had fun at their tennis. I kind of intended to call my friend to see what she'd be doing whilst her girls were there, too, but I forgot. (We made a Target run as well, before the gym. My children were well-behaved, I promise. :rotfl:)

I didn't think she'd be planning a run, because she had fun tennis this morning - and there was no way I was doing more of a workout. I thought about bringing a book if she was planning on a workout, though. Anyway, she had her DS 12 there, as well, and the 3 of us ended up playing very easy friendly tennis on the next court from the other kids - luckily I'd left my tennis bag in the car, so I had shoes and a racket :). So, that was fun, but I really, really can't move now. I tried to bend over to pick up a ball, and it just hurt. :rotfl2:

I need to get to making dinner. Woody had birthday money, yet (he's a saver, Buzz spends right away...) and he decided to buy the Wii Lego Batman as it had dropped from $40 to $20. They are happily playing it, so I've taken some time to catch up here and on FB, but now I need to get moving again.

Hope everyone has a great evening!

I really like a lot of genre's. Some of my favorite books are Davinci Code & Lovely Bones. To be honest, I really never thought I'd like a story line about vampires. Not what I'd classify as me. BUT, I really was drawn in by her characters. She made me fall in love with them and it was over for me.

Hmmm I usually recommend Jennifer Crusie try Bet Me. Also Patricia Gaffney is a great author try Crooked Hearts or Saving Graces, but that one is a tear jerker. Alyssa Day is good to, she has an Atlantean series going on right now starting with Atlantis Rising.

Tami Hoag is another good one and may go more along the lines of DaVinci and Lovey Bones. ;)

V: Congrats on the weight loss :yay:

Mo: That was AWESOME!!!!! :lmao::thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Hi Michelle and Goofyluver!!!

Uh yeah...I skimmed and that's all I remember.:upsidedow

******************************************************

Nothing new from me just work work working.

I'm just now getting off work and gonna go have dinner w/ Yani :D

Anyway have a great night everyone!

HI THERE!

The G-LUV snuck back by.:banana:

V is a size 2. She is feeling much better about the world today! The only thing that will ever be a size 2 on my frickin’ body is my left thigh.
V you are very smart and a great mom!! I had a deadbeat mom. I’m glad I had a father who was smart and caring. Your right it isn’t fair but we turned out OK. Now get to work on that planning, missy!

CE’s bum is hurting. The Wii kicked it. She may have to fight the kids for Wii time. :lmao: about fight over the Wii not your pain!

T is busy with contractors for the kitchen. She is starting to freak a bit about it. She has not done a darn thing on the trip front. I did not hear that, la la la la!

SHARKY is thinking that a Wii may be in order for her.

MO got to see a ‘Mother of the Year’ reward handed out. :lmao: I’ll bet she has said a lot worse to them.
JO had a cake leak.

ROSIE is feeling a little bleh after her surgery. Get better soon Rosie!!!

DEB hasn’t had the best week. Her soon- to- be ex boss seems to have been holding on to a grudge. He’s leaving on a bad note. Sorry this had to happen now.

Z is working.

Gotta go. Work calls!

 V, let's meet in GA at LL's! I'll bring the tequila!!

Hi S'late!! Come on down! I'm TOTALLY without adult supervision these days!!:lmao: Party at my place!!

Heck yeah! LL should really get over here more often... it's going to come as quite a surprise when 30 of us show up at her ATL apartment for Fockerfest Takes a Road Trip! :lmao:

The more the merrier!! V - this is a great city to take a Gramma-cation!!:thumbsup2

A 2??? You wear a freakin' 2???? :faint:

That's it! :headache: No pool time with V.
:lmao:

Ditto. I'm going to be...busy...that day....:rolleyes1

Hi Fockers, just dropping into say HI!

Yes, 2 days in row!

I went to Target at lunch today and the funniest thing happened (T you'll love this story)

There were 2 boys running around screaming and yelling, I'd say 7 and 10. No one knew where the Mom was, one lady made it clear they were not hers:lmao: Everyone else were rolling their eyes.

I'm minding my business and one nearly runs into me and nearly steps on my foot. I leaned over and told him to stop running in the GD store.

I walked away and still hear them screaming. Well a few minutes later the Mom finds me and asks if I said anything to her son...

Me: would that be the one that was running wild and unsupervised? Yes.

the Muther: I lost track of them for only a minute (Screaming at this point)

me: Um, no it was much more than a minute (in a very calm voice, which I think made her madder)

At this point a couple of other shoppers showed up

the Muther: you should be ashamed talking to a kid like that

Other lady: you should be ashamed of your parenting

remaning other shoppers started clapping:lmao:

Too funny!

OK, back to work now

later Fockers!

Hey Moe!!!:yay:

Way to go...LMAO at the mental picture of the scene in the store...

I'd have been "hisspering" with the best of Wendy, LL, and you. ;)

:rotfl2: I've been hisspering A LOT these days with Tony away...WAYYYY too much than I care to...:sad2: Sadly I've made it a new art form...

Anyway, hope ya'll are doing well...life, if you can believe this, is even crazier than it was before...how that's even possible is beyond me...

Looking forward to a vacation...M and I are anxiously awaiting our departure...:yay:

I'm on hold... Anyone know if you can fly with two different carriers and use ME? :confused3

Airtran only has flights leaving at 7:00 for $71 and 9:00 for $99! I don't want to have to leave on ME at 4am!!!

Southwest has a flight that's $119 that leaves at 4:30. So, even though it's $100 more, I think it's worth it.

Flying exclusively through SW is $200 more than Airtran!
Oh- I got through with CS and they said you can fly two different airlines. Cool...

Yes you can. I don't if you can book that part online, put if you call you just give them your flight information.

Hi LL :wave2:

Hmmm I usually recommend Jennifer Crusie try Bet Me.

Ooh, love her. My faves are Welcome to Temptation and Fast Women. :thumbsup2 The new ones co-written with Bob whatsits are good, too.

CE’s bum is hurting. The Wii kicked it. She may have to fight the kids for Wii time. :lmao: about fight over the Wii not your pain!

No problem! I'm laughing at my own self, anyway. :lmao:

Oh, well, that's me, too. :rotfl:

Good to see you, friend!

I was gonna say that there shouldn't be an issue, but you already found out! ;)

Hi Kat! Glad you will have a few days off. How far in advance do they give you your schedule?

JIm wants to see HP, and I have no interest. He will probably go on one of the Friday's he doens't have Jimmy!

I get my schedule 2 weeks in advance, which is nice! We bought our midnight showing tickets!

FYI- KC wants to do the PX90 or whatever its called workout system and it's supposed to be nutso!

I worked 11-4 today while KC stayed home and played computer games all day and slept. Darnt. it was a LONG day. I brought him home 2 Vynlmations. He is in love with them now. I'll take a pic later- they are cute. Christmas will be easy.

So the biggest news of the day is.... we are going to disney!!!!!!!!!

I asked my managers if I can get the time off, they said yea most likely. I just have to submit the dates for approval. KC gave his approval after a very long conversation. Tentative dates are Oct 28-Nov 2nd. We invited the 3 friends who went last time and am waiting on responses now. We will go either way KC said, but obviously it's cheaper if people come to split the bill. He won't tell me where he wants to stay tho. LOL. He's a Disney Husband for sure.

Anyways he went out to get us some dinner so neither of us had to cook. I'm starving.

I'm going to disney!!!!!!!!!!:banana::banana:

Can you guys give me an idea of where I should look for ADRs for a dinner for two? Where would you go on a date night?

Narcoossee's! We had our anniv dinner there and it was amazing!

This was going to be my suggestion too. Either here or California Grill. Either one make your ADR for near Wishes time:love:

==========================

It's Friday:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2: and I din't kill anyone:woohoo::rotfl:
What are everyone's plans for the weekend? Tomorrow we are taking Jimmy to a place called Krazy City where he wants to have his Birthday Party. It's sort of a Dave and Busters for the 5-9 year old set. He has some points left from when he was there for a B-day party and I can book the party while we are there. We will probably have lunchm there too.

Other than that, not much planned for us. Just the normal laundry, grocery run, cleaning that I do on Sundays. I will probably pull out the suitcases to start airing them out too!

That's always a good way to end the week, Janet ;)

Morning :goodvibes

DH's car has been in the shop since Wednesday and we just got word we won't get it back until Monday :headache: New timing belt. Cha-ching. Click and Clack (Car Talk) said it couldn't wait...should have been replaced at 60,000 miles. He's up to 110,000  So, the boys and I are stranded at home. Again. Thank goodness for Legos :thumbsup2

Have a great day:flower3:
