Between you and V I think I just might have enough peer pressure to start working out myself.I have done my day 2 workout and managed, even though when I go to sit down, my rear end hurts.![]()
You too?Good Morning, Fockers!
The Wii Active is brutal, I tell ya!![]()
Can't wait to see pics of your new kitchen.
OhCaveat: it wasn't just the Active - I've also totally rehashed my diet. But no other exercise, short of my years in the ballet, toned me like this.![]()
I didn't know that diet was involved I went to Target at lunch today and the funniest thing happened (T you'll love this story)

Oh no!
Well this has been one crazy week and it is only Thursday. First. This is what we did to my boss's office this morning:
We replaced his model aircrafts with toys, replaced all his pens with crayons, replaced his phone with the toy phone, and everything else you see in the photo. Somehow I got blamed for it all.

He is leaving tomorrow and I hate leaving on a bad note but we got into a huge argument on wednesday. But it actually started on Tuesday when they brought in a man to interview for his job. We are all sitting around the conference table just conferring when out of the blue my manager says "Debra goes down to the shop a lot and cries to get her way" He says this not only to my coworkers but to the man who may possibly be my next manager!!! NEedless to say I was

After the interviewee left I had to run home so I didn't get a chance to speak to him. Well after not sleeping well tuesday night because the kids kept us up all night (another story entirely), I came into work on Wednesday even more
I immediately went to him and told him that I was angry because of what he said. He said it was a joke. I said I knew it was a joke, my coworkers probably knew it was a joke but he said it in front of the man who may be my next supervisor when first impressions are vital. I was so upset and knew I needed to cool off. He apologized but I just had to be beside myself for a while so I went to my desk to cool off.'Later in the day he calls me into his office. He again apologized but then added that we was doing me a favor by telling me this, but he wanted to warn me that if I brought my kids to work with me again I needed to talk to them about what they said. He is referring to a comment Omicron made when he was 5 years old! That was two years ago. I had already apologized for that and thought we were over it. In fact he has brought it up several times and laughed about it. But he brought it up again yesterday to kinda show me that even though he said something wrong he wasn't the only one who ever did that so he is reminding me of what my 5 year old said

So anyway tomorrow is his last day. I bought him a card a week ago and wrote how I am going to miss him, he has been a great boss, a great friend, etc. But I just don't know if I can give it to him now
But at the same time I dont want to burn any bridges so to speak because he is going to work for the FAA and I may *need* him one day for a reference, or soemthing.
Today was just awkward to say the least.
You're right Mo! I love it! If those were my kids, I'd have hightailed it out of the store. Of couse, if those were my kids, they'd have received the "evil eye" and the "cut it out before I kill you" look.
That was totally inappropriate for him to say. I'm glad he apoligized, but I can see how you would still feel awkward

. So, that was fun, but I really, really can't move now. I tried to bend over to pick up a ball, and it just hurt.
Reid has that alligator too.

V, let's meet in GA at LL's! I'll bring the tequila!!
