I'm really sick though. Apparently, Gus's tummy bug was VIRAL and now I have it. I feel pretty terrible. Nothing but liquids today. Boo hoo!

Bob's stuck in Atlanta overnight. He flew on Delta/NW(newly merged) and it was HORRIBLE. He got to Atlanta, they changed the gate 3 times and when they finally announced boarding they announced that they'd had to change the flight from a 90 seat plane to a 50 seat plane and they weren't getting on! He's not too happy. It's hot, he's tired and he has NO LUGGAGE. Poor Bob.

Just have to weigh in on a couple of things from the
20 pages I was behind!

Everyone's dresses are gorgeous. I got married at the Peoria County Courthouse in a dress that I made. It was watercolors and it was very pretty. I have no pics.... It was 1992 though, and had I bought a dress, it would've had BIG sparkles and a BUTT BOW. LOL

CE: Hope your Dad is still doing well.

Janet: Yay for the job change. Is it a promo?

Kat: Yay for the JOB! You go, girl.

I've missed you all tons, but with Gus being sick, school ending, Bob travelling (Oh, did I mention he's going BACK to Japan on July 10th???????) and now me being sick, TFW has just gone onto the back burner.

ROSIE got her ADRs made and helped a friend with their’s. Says she was married in the ‘middle ages’ and it’s not worth the trouble. She gets to beat up Judy. Her 1st check went very well!

ANGELA’s pool vacuum wears stockings.

JV says kids are exhausting. Tink knows drama. She had a false alarm on the house alarm. She said that G-Luv sends her love. We do miss her very much!

KICKAPOO says Janet is no longer the odd man out, thumbs down on ‘UP’.

JANET’s lovely wedding dress is on display Pg. 78, #1161

CE’s dress is also on pg 78, #1165. The car is broken. The school does appreciate her.

KAT is on #1166. She is a polyester queen for Disney. She even had some Disney homework.

LORI got on the wedding dress bandwagon, pg.79, #1172. She got her books and said those ‘thongs’ were expensive. I love typos!

DEB’s photo links for her dress are on pg 79, #1177. She says the DH has decided he doesn’t want to do US on his b-day. She’s upset about this.

MrsKS stopped in. She has been in Nashville. They had a fabulous time with the soap stars.

MEL’s sick. Bob has been playing musical planes and gates.


Doug is still doing fine. At least 2 more treatments then it is up to him.

They went dark for two hours in memory of DISer Caskbill, who passed away suddenly. He's been around a long time and did a lot for the boards and DVC stuff with software design. He'll be missed by many.

I'm worse today than yesterday. The flu is morphing! For some reason, day 3 is the day for vomit! Never have I seen that.

Bob's having the trip from H.E.L.L. He's stuck in Atlanta. Lost his wallet. No luggage. And the flight they had him get up at 4:20 am to make is sitting on the tarmack in the 104 degree heat for 2 hrs. and they've just informed everyone that he won't be leaving on that plane EITHER! He's pretty furious.

Poor Bob!

It's pouring here! Good thing SD mowed last night!

My tummy's starting to feel funny, so I hope that doesn't turn into anything. Mel probably sent her germs through the phone. She's jealous that I'm the new June Cleaver according to FB.

Yes, as we speak NotBob is driving from Atlanta to Arkansas. It's 9 hours according to his google map. They rebooked him on a flight at 7:30 pm tonight and he said, "NO WAY" was he spending another day in the SAME clothes at the dang airport!

Thanks for all the hugs about US. KJJ- I like your idea of quoting him an expensive skiing trip just to compare I told him that I was disappointed and that I was really looking forward to some alone time with him at US. He just said that when he looked at all the rides and things to do he just kept thinking to himself how much fun the kids would have there.

Sorry about any mistakes this morning. That's what happens after 20 hrs with no sleep and trying to hurry.

Looks like everyone is doing OK. With the exception of a couple of sickies.

I'm going outside to do weed control. It's nice but hot. They are predicting rain the rest of the week.

Thanks for the good thoughts for Doug. For you newbies, my DH, Doug had a brain tumor removed surgically 6 years ago. It was an astrocytoma glioma, 1" in diameter. He is on meds for seizures. It re-occurred last year just before our WDW trip. Right now he is taking the pill form chemotherapy called Temodar. I think he will continue treatment for 8 more months. There is not enough of the tumor for any follow up of radiation. That's good news. Of course, like the last time, it will eventually grow back. Very frustrating. It took 6 years for it to show up this last time. I hope it takes twice as long this next time. It is what it is and we will continue on like always.

Did you take a look at the on-line ressie thing? I looked up Le Cellier for 90 days out. Nothing. I'll be up at midnight to make mine if it will let me in just a few days.

Watched the NJ girls. I'm sure they have to keep the drama up for the ratings and all, but are you kidding me??!! They all say they are so tough, and classy and they let a dinner party turn into a bar brawl. I'm sorry but even this ho-dunk from nowhere with nothing wouldn't have let that happen. If I invited people to a dinner that I was paying for and someone tried to start carp - gone! No discussion. I would have told Danielle to take the book and leave - of her own free will or with the help of the restaurant staff. Extremely disrespectful and distasteful. That was just BS!......................It was fun to watch though.

I had no idea! I was mostly referring to the lack of color options, I used to use the DISUnplugged one and now there are no options, and last night I saw no siggies either!

Afternoon all!

Knowing that I have work soon and will be out of the house more is making me STIR CRAZY now. I'm SOOOOOO bored! The house is clean. Dinner is leftover Chili and Corn Bread, just heating up. I answered all my email, I blogged. Now what?????

Tomorrow KC is off so we are gonna go to Target, and Friday Pants is coming over and we are going out to dinner to the French place. But today I got nuttin'.

If I may vent a bit....
KC has an old friend who has been moving from home to home, girl to girl, whatever, for years (Since we have known him). The latest is he is in Cali with some girl and her 5 kids. Apparently the girls ex lives with them too(the daddy). This friend had a fight with the ex and is now homeless in L.A. and doesn't have anywhere to go. He wants to come back to NY. He starts whining to KC, who is so nice he is ready to send the deadbeat $$$ for the bus ticket. We almost argue because I do not want to give this kid a cent and KC wants to. In the end KC agreed not to send him anything. But what nerve, right? He better not be looking for a couch to sleep on when and if he gets back to NY. We tried that ONCE and he didn't understand that KC and I wanted him to leave and overstayed his welcome.

Anywho I'm off to catch up on my threads, thanks for listening.
