Ihad an AWFUL day at work and have been moping around all evening to upset to even Dis !!! But meds help and I am Dissing !!!!

The boat is apparently ready enough for us to go take it out for a spin before D leaves tomorrow for a week in Miami (be ready to see a lot of me!) and so I am skipping tennis and going up with D to take a ride! I'm excited! Pictures when I'm back.

Last night I walked in my bedroom and all the covers were on the ground. This is the 2nd night in a row my kids have done this. So I said to Baby Girl, "What am I going to do with you?" She said, "Love me."

Our trip was a success...in that we got to Ohio and back safely The team didn't win anything...but they were up against some amazing kids. For anyone who is concerned about the future of the world, just go to one of these events. Two teams out of 60 have patents pending...and they are middle schoolers!

I don't know if the ozone hole is directly over my town or what, but the sun is very, very strong down here right now. Slather that sunscreen on and keep reapplying folks!

Well it was the big Spring meeting today for the ladies and it was blowing a hoolie, the wind was so strong you could hardly stand up at times. I played OK, 4 over my handicap and came 4th but no prize for that But I did win Player of the Year Well it's most improved golfer, I also won 2 other prizes and came home with £20 of vouchers about $30 so not bad!

Off to take Ells to dancing then I have to make a group call to the US then pick her up, make dinner and then I'll check back here

Just skimmed and see that Fockerfest is potentially Columbus Day 2010. Just a warning it's crowded that weekend, that's when I met with Michelle and her family in 2007. But I will do my best to be there with bells on. I may call at the 11 month mark to make sure I can get a studio over at BW, I can always cancel later. (well if Cinnamon or some other prior stripper answers the phone)


I'm all set to fly to Dl later this week. Dr told me though to drug up when I get to the airport and to bring a baggie and ask the flight attendant for some ice. Walking is fine, it's just sitting that gives me pins and needles since it's not 100% yet, though I find the more I walk the better it gets. I should be in great shape to fly home then

So I just got out of a meeting. I have just been told I am being transferred to another unit. The parole unit...making sure people get out of jail when they are supposed to. It will take some time to get used to since i'm used to putting people in jail It's not bad in that I won't have to deal with people to much...I don't like people Seriously, it's fine it's just that nothing is concrete yet. It's happening they just don't know when I hate having things ups in the air like this. Give me a date, tell me when to move my stuff, and let's get to it!

This morning I was reading about a few fun things to make our trip in January special since it'll be my mom's first trip. When I went in my room to take a shower, A was in my bed watching tv. I kissed his forehead and told him that I was looking at some fun things for our next trip to Disney.
He said, "You do that every day."

I signed my kids up for the pirate adventure this time. I think it is called the Albatross Pirate adventure or something like that and it leaves from Beach Club. I'll let you know how they like it. I also have ressies for Cindy's breakfast. I figure Baby Girl will like it this year. And even if she doesn't, she will. She may need some convincing to wear a princess dress. I have a Tinkerbell outfit I haven't been able to get her to wear, too. She's going to this trip!

They have an international dessert reception at EPCOT for grand gatherings. We **almost** did that last time.

Omicron is doing great. I am wondering if he actually got sick or what? I've been moving rocks all morning. When we bought this house two years ago the previous owners had several rock gardens. Most of them are the nice river rocks but two (10'x10') ones near the driveway are just gravel. I have been trying to move these since the day we moved in and I am proud to say that after 2 years I have one almost completely moved!! Now I just need some dirt to fill it in

Dh got half a root canal. he has to go back in two weeks to finish. I think he's still high from the medicine.

Our mouse made an appearance again. It ran from the fridge to the dishwasher. yuk! We put out a whole package of poison and it is gone. And we still have one running around ???

Oh and since Omicron is 'sick' I am using it as an excuse to take the night off. We are skipping tball, and cubscouts, and karate. The best part is I don't have to see the X tonight since I am calling off everything

I saw this painting earlier at F & G but didn't purchase it. Since I had some birthday money, now it's mine. It's by the same artist who did the poster for F & W last year. I want to hang it in our bedroom use it as the inspiration piece.

OK I didn't tell you about the presentation after the golf comp today. It got to just before 3pm and I said to the organiser that I either had to leave to pick Ellie up and return in about 40 minutes or stay for 30 minutes and then go, so they said they'd do the presentation then and for me to stay. Well the Lady Captain stands up and says we need to do the presentation in a different order because Jo over there has to leave, she can then go do what ever she needs to do So everyone's looking my way, I go bright res, the ladies on my table don't know whether to or I can't believe she said that, very strange, anyway I got my cup and scarpered

Dawn, tea info is here. We had The Grand Tea. I had wine, they had cider. The GF spa is just past the pool on the way to the Poly. Your mom may enjoy that as well because as long as you book a service, you can use the spa all day, so there's no rush to do anything. Whirlpool, sauna, steam room. The lights are low in the waiting room with nice music playing. Tea or water is available for the taking as well as fruit. Very nice.

From when we had a mouse problem in our apartment...try those glue traps, the hardcore industrial ones, they work great. it's yucky to clean it up but they catch the suckers!
