hi girls! i'm caught up and it sounds like are still needed. sounds like today has been better though!!!

i was too busy relaxing to get on computer yest. the kids played in the little pool in the backyard while i got some sun and read the third twilight book. yup , i'm all done. i've already reserved the 4th one!!! that series is seriously addicting, thanks kat!!! LY,MI!!!

so, good news here!! 1st-- my son is into speech now and they've suggested twice a week. and , my insurance is covering it!!! i can't quite belive it yet.

2nd-- my mom got into movies!!!! the 3rd day she called. she got a preferred room too. so, she'll be right with us!!! i'm going to call 2 weeks before we arrive and request connecting rooms. i'm so excited . it will be sooo much easier with her right there and not 2 resorts away!! she is sooo very happy to be going!! i'm happy for her. she's like us, she def gets the disney magic. the first time she went with us (like 5 yrs ago), she said wow, it's like you forget the rest i the world exists!!

What is a Whole Buzzer cut? Does it differ from a BUZZ Cut?

Nah, just "Buzz & Woody" speak, if you KWIM. They usually get buzzed on the sides and scissors on top, so when they get the buzzer for the whole head, it's a "whole buzzer cut."

Hey everyone, doing a quick drive by again. I swear I have absolutely no time anymore!!! LOL I can not wait for school to start back up that I'm just wishing August away.

We were up early today and I had to take Linds to cheering camp. The theme was 'Crazy Day' and I was having heart palpitations having to dress her this morning. I love my kids being all matchy/matchy and having her dressed in plaids with paisleys and different colored socks, shoes and non matching hair bows just about drove me crazy looking at her. LOL

I had to pick her up at noon and it started to DOWNPOUR! My van was in the shop for the past 2 days and we had to walk to the school and home. Thank Goodness I got it back last night. By the time I got to the school to pick her up it was like a monsoon had hit us and we were all soaked by the time we got home.

The rest of my day has been spent doing laundry and cleaning up a bit. I'm just now getting around to doing the laundry the kids wore when they were with their father. He knows how picky I am about their clothes and I asked him to use a stain stick on the clothes. Do you think he listened...NOPE!!!

And I'm so disappointed...I may have to cancel my 30th b-day trip to WDW in December. I'm really hoping I don't have to but I don't think I'm left with too many other choices here. But if I do I'll probably schedule one for early 2009 and suprise the kids with it.

Is the only difference the 2007 wording? That's it, nothing else? Did your label smear from washing?

We went in Oct 2007 bought the mugs and were back Jan 2008...so I said screw it and brought it back. I have a label maker and it takes forever to wash the sticker off but I always bring a backup label just in case! I ahve seen people with older mugs than last year filling up so I'm not too stressed about it!

Still a no-go for me. We usually have a mix of all CS days and CS/TS days, and we almost always eat Bfast in-room. Add to that a useless refillable mug (we only drink water or coffee and juice from home) and it's no savings for me. I've been using the DDE card for the past 2 years, and that's still the best savings I've gotten!

My IL's are totally irritating. I booked the sitter this morning. She only wanted to charge me $30 per day! I'm like, "Uh, no, that's not enough!" We settled on $200 for the 3 days. I think that's a more reasonable rate. I've never had to tell a sitter I wanted to PAY MORE.. The IL's have pulled this for the entire 20 yrs we've been together. I hate them sometimes.

Boy I thought I was the only one who says that about the IL's!

We had some friends over from ECFE, today. Played hard, now TINK is ZONKED, whilst my ds is doing math problems, and I'm DIS'n...catching up with my girls.

I unpacked a lot today.

I have a set of antique stoneware.

I "lost" my gravy boat and a platter....they both shattered.

I blame it entirely on my motha.

AND...the motha called and we "spoke" today.

I told her...in no uncertain terms...that I thought her behavior was unacceptable, that she crossed the line, that her words were hurtful...and that she owed me an apology.

Her apology went like this:

"I'm sorry that you feel like I should apologize."

Gee...thanks. That must have been hard.

We just got back from the weekly Blues on the Beach concert,,this was the best one yet!!! Al Copley , hes a terrific blues pianist and has a band of saxs, bass, drums, trumpets,,, nothing like boogying on the beach on a summer nite! next week is Roomful of Blues,,,cant wait!!
