Yes, he is/was from Tonga. Disney needs to hire him ASAP to play Maui in character meet-n-greet.

I should have made clear that the ones I've seen are their outfits for the opening ceremony, not their competition wear.

The Canadian outfits at the top of this thread are apparently their athletic clothing, as are the USA outfits a little upthread. The USA's opening ceremony outfits were designed by Ralph Lauren and are very preppy.

Yup, I saw the opening ceremony ones too, that's what I figured you meant. It just doesn't seem like it will cool down sufficiently in Paris when the ceremony occurs.
