The friskey little panda runs in and power hugs the pretty princess and they dance around and laugh, then the little panda scampers off to visit the Bunnies and the Heroes.
Sneaky Panda
I think our favorite frisky panda is feeling springtime in the air! Dave, feel free to scamper and spread your special brand of panda love!

I think I'll take it as a sign that I should get my butt in gear & head out into the great outdoors; now if the weather would just cooperate with me....
Mel: What kind of core work are you doing? I'm trying to commit to core work, too, and my abs hate me. Wow, this shirt order things keeps getting more and more complex--I admire your organizational genius. My response is so complicated: I'll just keep telling myself that I look good in lime/safety green and keep buying.
Oh YAH.... Jen was on the ball last night!!! And I swear today at lunch is the gym. If one more thing stops me, I will SCREAM!!!!!
But will you yodel? J
en, you're not only ON the ball, but you've got tons of balls in the air that you're juggling.
Vanessa: I second Corrina's suggestion--there's always the half marathon or even the 5K. (The full calls my name, and I'm still kicking myself I didn't just cave & sign up for the Goofy again. Darn family obligations.) I totally recommend your DH watch his shows on an iPod, especially if he's like me and rewatches them. You lose some of the FX on the small screen, but you pay attention to other things.
Corrina: I used a nano & Nike+ for ground work or SRs. I already had a video iPod for general traveling, as I'm a movie FREAK. So on my training for the Goofy, back-to-back LRs, I took my video iPod--which is in a Marware athletic sleeve with a clip for my pants--and clipped it onto the TM at the gym. (We have big ones with shelves for books.) I could also prop it on the shelf in a pinch, but the eye level was a little odd. When I was on smaller, cheaper TMs over the holidays, I just used those plastic magazine/book holders the gym offers. What really got me, though, was going to a hotel and seeing their fancy equipment, which allowed me to plug my ipod into their individual TV monitor. Man, did the time really fly. I'm the rare person who really doesn't mind the TM (as long as I have the right visual distraction). I don't have your Jingle Bell stamina for running in the great outdoors.
Robert: Wow, your recovery sounds phenomenal. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed on the insurance for your surgery. If you have it, how will that affect your relocation plans?
Maria: My plan for my 40th birthday is to have rock-hard abs. Originally, I thought I'd just work out and get them, but now I'm just thinking it'd be easier to hire a stripper.

I'm sure your work with weights will produce better results than mine, which apparently just puts my mind in the gutter.
To all our stealth Ohana family: I hope your week is going well, in all areas well beyond the challenge!
As for me: I'm still not 100% from this weekend, although I did last on the TM twice as long today as Monday (which was no great feat). I substituted with more biking and elliptical, but I have to say that I'm itching to get back to my scheduled training. If the rain clears here, I'm planning on a brief walk at my commuter pace (between 15-17 mm) just to see how it feels. To bribe myself, I'm thinking of promising myself a matinee (the joys of being self- and under-employed

)
