sounds like they're still debating when and how to open, due to the rolling blackouts...

i saw a few videos that were taken in the immediate vicinity of TDR - there was actually quite a bit of damage to roads/sidewalks etc. - also near what looks like the base of the monorail..

i have to admit, i'd be a little nervous about what underlying damage there is..

i mean, how do you ever know whether something is structurally sound?

i'd sure hate to be the engineer who has to ok things...
