I don't know much about American politics, or most the issues, all I know is Obama seems like an all-around nice guy.
And John McCain looks fake, and his wife looks like someone who should be in a botox ad.

Fiscally I agree with McCain though. His stand on the other issues, I just cannot support. The war for one. Our soldiers need to come home, they're dying over there because Bush doesn't have the balls to end it himself and admit he was wrong.

It wouldn't have an effect on the cost of gas now. It'll take years to start and by then we'll probably have another solution and just be selling it to China anyway. We need to stop depending on fossil fuels.

I totally agree. I also think our nation already has the means to put into affect some alternative methods of fuel production , but they will not because there are way too many American businessmen who have way too much stock in overseas fuel that they will never do it. And a lot of these people with these stocks are prominent politicians and prominent businessmen. One of which is our Vice President Dick Cheney.

I really wish Al Gore would be part of the next administration [and by that I mean when Obama is president ]. No one knows more about this stuff than him and I think we can get a lot done with him. I don't really think his plan of switching over by 2018 is realistic. Well it is but people won't do it or will do it slowly.
