Hi

Hopefully this is the right place to post this.

Me and mine are going to the World in September/October this year and cannot wait (has been too long I tell you) :yay:

I was trying to figure out the best way to get to off site places and would really appreciate some help from you guys as I am coming up blank.

Basically we are going to be going off site at least 2-3 times.

Once for our shopping day. I want to go to Mall and Millenia and Prime Outlets. I know they are v close together which is handy. The last time we went we took a cab to both and it ended up costing us a small fortune. What I would like to know is, whats the best way to get there, which one should we hit first and is there a way to walk to the second mall/outlet, or do we have to take a taxi?

Our second off site visit is to US and IoA. We are gonna try and hit both in one day. Again, we took a cab there last time, but again it was expensive. I heard that there is a Mears bus that goes from resorts, does anyone know where I can find further info on this?

Lastly, we want to try IHOP, now we could combine this with our second trip, but I am worried that that would entail using too many taxis.

Hopefully that made sense to you, can anyone help?

TIA

If you use the Search function, you'll find a number of articles about the Mears service to Universal Studios.

Mall at Millenia and the Prime Outlets are only about 2-3 miles apart but there really is no practical way to walk between the two. Yes, it could be done, but you'll have packages and it will be hot and it's just a long walk. A taxi between the two would cost under $10.

Is renting a car for 1-3 days during your stay out of the question? That's likely the cheapest option.

The only other thing I can think of is to take a Lynx city bus from TTC or DTD to the Sea World stop and then connect onto the I-Ride Trolley which runs all the way to Prime Outlets. And the taxi to/from Millenia. Just make sure you know the Lynx schedule so you're sure there is a later Lynx bus back to Disney from Sea World.

Thanx for your help :thumbsup2

Renting a car is not an option as we don't drive just yet.
