Taxis from Polynesian?

A strange question - we will be staying at the Polynesian and want to go over to the Crossroads Shopping Center to pick up some stuff at Goodings for our Disney Cruise.

Any idea how easy it is to get a cab from the resort to Crossroads and back and what this might cost?

By the way - I know it is across from the Downtown Disney Hotels - we stayed at the Doubletree in 2000 - it is a loooong walk! from Crossroads back up to Downtown Disney to catch the bus back to our resort, so that is an option that was quickly considered and tossed, due to 2 small kids in tow.

Just go to, or call ahead to bell services and let them know you need a cab. They will arrange it and you'll be on your way in no time. There are also quite a few cabs waiting at TTC if you wanted to hail your own.

The cost from Downtown Disney-West Side to Polynesian is $15 (includes a tip). Goodings isn't that much farther. You might consider doing a bus to DD and just getting a cab back if the $30 seems a bit high for such a short trip.
