Taxis at parks question

Does anyone know if the taxis charge a parking fee in your fare? I noticed that taxis are listed as having a parking fee.

Also, is there a different charge if you take a taxi van or a car?

All taxis except one brand (Checker or Yellow I forget which) normally add on the $14. parking fee to each party's fare even if the taxi has been through the toll plaza on another trip earlier in the day.
