You can get a taxi from anywhere on property. If there aren't any waiting outside the main building, someone will call one for you if you ask.

You can also call Mears yourself, 407-422-2222. We call as we are walking out of the room and have never waited more than a minute or two. Most resorts have cabs waiting nearby.
