Taxi prices in Anaheim?

Any idea how much taxis generally run in the Anaheim area? We plan on only using one to get to and from In N Out burger. My guess is it is best to have the taxi wait. It is about a 3 mile trip from where we are staying on Harbor I believe.

last year we were suprised how cheap it was with cost of gas id guess its more id say about 15 or 20 for the whole trip? dose that sound good? id love to know too we will need one to the disney outlet store and dont knwo if we should have it wait for us while we shop lol
