Taxi/Cab Fares

We are meeting up with friends one evening at a bar near the Mercardo Centre on I Drive. As I will be driving all the other days I was hoping to have a drink that night.

So does anyone have any idea of the taxi fare from the Formosa Gardens area on the 192 to I drive?

Sorry Mick I'm normally quite good on the old taxi-fare front but I've never stayed on 192 so I can't help this time but I hope someone else can.

I'd guess somewhere in the region of $30 each way.

We got taxis on our last two trips,

All Star Sports to Pointe $12
All Star Sports to Hard Rock Hotel $30

I reckon you's would be $15 - $20

In 2001 it cost $20 from Holiday Inn I-Drive (about 1.5 miles north of Mercado centre, towards Wet'n'Wild) to Wallmart in Kissimmee. Maybe that will give you an idea

I e-mailed them for a quote and received an approximate (subject to meter rates) fare the following day.

They operate the yellow cabs.
