Tax/duty free allowance increase

As of today you can now bring back £300 of tax free goods from outside the EU an increase from £145.

Also from January 09 it is being increased further to £340.

The Customs & Excise website hasn't updated yet

The tax free allowance helps, its just you can't get duty free from within the EU
