Tattoos in strange places

I have two tats... a cluster of stars on my lower hip and a heart on the outter side of my wrist!

I was so scared to show my mom the heart one, since its so exposed but she turned around and asked me why i didnt bring her along?

I loveee my tats now but I can see maybe regretting the wrist one when im older. Its pretty small (about one inch) so if it becomes an issue when im older I can always get it removed for not a huge cost! but for now(and hopefully forever) I love it

Dh and I saw this a couple of weeks ago when we were at the pool and both of thought it was a tad bit strange.

There was younger girl, mid 20's, that had a tribal style band on the upper portion of her left arm. The part we thought was strange, is she had a matching tribal band around the upper part of her right thigh. It was pretty high up on her leg. We had never seen a band on someone's thigh before.

Well , pretty much my entire family has some ink. My brother has 2 full sleeves, also knuckles, neck , legs....well you name it. One of mine is on my neck....no prision time....yet!!! My Sil has 2 behind her ears.

I guess I am in the boat that does not find them odd.

I have a garter around my right thigh of the moon and stars. I love it. I love that I can hide it anytime I want. Actually, the only time you see it is if I am in a bathing suit. I am not really sure how gravity will affect it when I get older. It is 9 years old now.

I have a little green mickey mouse head behind my ear. I don't wear my hair up so nobody really knows that it is there. I wanted it there because it is my very own hidden mickey.

I know someone who has only 2 tattoos....on her knees.

That seemed a bit odd to me. I think it looks out of place. Feet tattoos however i think look really cool.

I have no tattoos by the way and probably never will. I just can't bring myself to spend the cash on one. I won't even pay someone to do my nails though. LOL

Every tattoo I can see creeps me out so it doesn't matter to me where they are! I suppose feet would be preferable for me since I probably wouldn't notice it.

Now I'm seeing more and more foot tattoos and those really bother me for some reason, and my level-headed, mature cousin just got one recently as well. Every time I see one, I cringe.

Am I the only one bothered by where people are putting tattoos now?

I don't understand, why do tattoos bother you? What's the big deal? so long they are not inked on your feet, why should you feel bothered by tattoos?
