Tastings during COVID

Is there a generous amount of spacing at the tastings? I have 6 planned, one on every day. But I’m not willing to take off a mask/see others without a mask if they are too close. I will try to get these tastings in a few years if it would be safer.
I’m leaving in 6 days at what is expected by some sites to be the peak of Covid.

At a tasting on the Wonder, we sat next to another couple. There were some tables spaced further apart. We weren’t worried about it, as everyone is vaccinated and tested negative before boarding the ship.

We went to champagne and mixology on Fantasy this past week. They asked everyone to remove masks once everyone was seated. Each one was about 45 minutes unmasked. There was some separation between groups, but not a lot.

BTW - the champagne tasting was awesome, a real highlight of the trip. The mixology one was not very interesting for us. Usually, they let you make your own drinks, but they are not allowing that now.

We sailed 12/19 and 12/26 and did 4 tastings in Ooh La La. Some of the seating is closer than I was comfortable with. We showed up early so we could pick our seats. We also kept our masks on until the actual tasting started and if the discussed between beverages was protracted, we put them back on.

On the wonder, couples were spread out separate tables for the cognac tasting in cove bar, but for the mojito tasting at signals everyone set next to each other at the bar.
