Well the time has come for a Family tradition; the last day of our holiday is always spent in Magic Kingdom. So after a lie in after the exertion of NYE and getting some last minute laundry done we head off to the Magic Kingdom. We enter the Park with DH bringing up the rear shuffling his feet and muttering
. (He can go to Epcot several times on holiday and not get bored but after two previous visits to MK on this trip hes Disneyed out or rather Magic Kingdomed out, His words) We get there around lunchtime and we are amazed how quiet the park is. We head over to BTM to get a FP. The standby time says 5 minutes so myself and DD head on DH decides he will sit this one out and watch. So after queuing for 45 minutes we come off the ride, this has put DH in a really good mood 
so we head over to POTC and watch the Jack Sparrow look-a-like who is very, very good. Then its back off to the Haunted Mansion which says 15 minutes queue and we walk straight on, I think the Disney staff must be suffering this morning as their timings are way out. Once we have done Haunted |Mansion I decided to torture DH and take on his favourite ride Not. Its a Small World. This tune is known to send him running whenever he hears it.
Anyway job done, its off to Tomorrowland speedway and a quick 10 minute queue, then to DH horror theres the High School Musical starting in 10 minutes, so we go and stand centre stage behind the masking tape line, there are two families sat right in the middle of the floor. They sit there and watch more people come and stand behind the line, now you would have thought they would move as theres plenty of space but no they continue to sit there, the crowd is building and the front row behind the line is now full when a CM comes along and tells them that they cant sit there Doh! So the father walks over tries to squeeze in beside an another family along with his kids but no-ones moving, so he has a strop and drags the kids off so they miss the show completely.
Anyway it was touch and go if the show would go on as the stage was damp and they had to call out some bigwig to feel the stage before they got approval to go.
DD loved the show, DH spent the whole time laughing at the slightly overweight overacting guy and then they got four children up and stood them on the boxes and proceed to ask them what they wanted to be when they grew up.

After a quick go on Buzz Lightyear we decided to head off to get something to eat, so after much soul searching (why is it after so long over there you get so fed up with food you cannot decided what to eat) we decided to go to Pizza Hut (original eh!) down on the 192 as we found a nice short cut down Sherbeth Road near the AKL that takes you straight onto the 192. But low and behold we couldnt spot a Pizza hut at this end of the 192 and ended up driving past Old Town to find one.
We entered Pizza Hut which was very quiet, only two other tables were full but they only had one waitress and the manager and they were doing everything including cooking the food. So after about 10 minutes our order got taken Breadsticks all around and garlic Bread and just as we start this the Pizzas turned up, When we said we preferred our entrée after our starter, the waitress smiled and said well it came out quicker than we thought.
Later another girl came in to start waiting on tables and our waitress started to have a strop that she would lose money as there were now two waiting on the tables and was threatening to hand in her notice. So after the fiasco with the meal we didnt leave a tip and made a quick exit.
So back to the hotel for the last night and packing, we always take three suitcases. Going out we have one inside another one which we use for our purchases and this year we have bought expanding ones and we were still struggling to get the things zipped up.
