Tarzan or Lion King?

See Lion King if you can. I loved it and it is worth repeating. I did not enjoy Tarzan. Many people got up and walked out of the show--which was rude to the performers! Costumes, lighting and athletic abilities of the performers at Tarzan are good, but it is tooooo loud. If you can, try to do both, but put Lion King as the top pick.

Tarzan was one of the worst and most innane shows I have ever seen at WDW.

I have only seen Tarzan, and I thought it was absolutely incredible!! Based on what everyone has said here, I must see the Lion King if it is better than Tarzan.

My son was 10 at the time we saw Tarzan, and it was a highlight of our trip. I think boys that age would generally really like Tarzan a lot--lots of athleticism, stunts, roller blading up and down the isles--costumes were amazing. It was fantastic. and it "rocked" as the boys my son's age say. So if you have guys this age, I think that group might appreciate it more than Lion King--but since I haven't seen it yet, can't make a comparison.

You would probably be surprised to know that a lot of the cast is over 30 and at least one is 40!

I guess my family is in the minority. We saw Tarzan first and thought it was amazing. It was upbeat and fun (I guess we like loud, LOL), great costumes, and great cast. Then we walked over to Lion King because I'd heard it was so incredible, and I just thought it was ok.

I'm in the minority here but I loved tarzan. The combination of the songs (you'll be in in my hear ALWAYS brings tears to my eyes) and the athletic display was awsome to me.
