Tarnishing pressed pennies

In previous threads we have seen great suggestions for cleaning pennies. We noticed that our shiny already pressed pennies are starting to tarnish! Any suggestions how to prevent this?

I use plain old erasures and that cleans them up .

Taco Bell Hot Sauce... let them sit in it for about a minute.
Lemon juice and water, let sit for 5 minutes.

The acid in both substances "eats" away at the oxidation that caused the copper to tarnish

Vinegar and salt. But be sure to dry them right away or they will tarnish again in under an hour.
